Hi, I use to have 1 data base for sales, delivered or not, but for some reason I thought It would be faster for searches and stuff to leave the delivered sales in anothe identical table. So I duplicated the table and erased the records that were "to deliver"in the delivered and "delivered" in the non delivered.

It didn't worked as planed and now Im trying to go back, but I can't find the way.

I just need to merge them back into one. Is there any simple way?

Thanks
Juan

It is easier to copy and paste records if you create a plain View with no filters and no sorting set up. You can add records without overwriting them by pasting them into the last row.

You should be able to copy and paste. With the expand table option might help too.

You can also export the new table to a csv and then re-import to the original?

Thanks for the reply.

It has pictures and pdfs in it, copy and paste is not working.

CSV file is not working too.

Any other Ideas?

Thanks so much for this - didn't realise the importance of turning off filter / sort for merging.
