Add numbers in cell

How can I add all the values inside a particular cell in the Revenue AVIDZ (in Amount) and then present as "Total Revenue" hence stating revenue for a particular client?

Revenue field is a lookup field.

Here is the screenshot of the table:

It looks like your "Revenue AVIDZ" column is a Lookup to a linked table.  If I'm seeing correctly you should be able to switch "Total Revenue" to be a Rollup to the same field and set it to sum.  Your names will be different than this example, but hopefully it will help.
