Just upgraded our favorite iOS shortcut and had to share this with you all!

Many users have been using this "Save AI Audio Notes to Airtable" shortcut for months, and the new version is more simplified and easy to use. You literally just speak your thoughts, and it automatically transcribes, structures the data with ChatGPT, and saves everything to your Airtable base.
 

What I love most:

- One-time setup, no monthly subscriptions (unlike those $100+/year apps)

The setup takes maybe 10 minutes - you copy a sample base, create an access token, and install the shortcut. That's it.

You can use it for everything now - grocery lists, meeting notes, random ideas. The fact that it keeps the original audio means I never lose context, and the AI formatting makes everything actually usable.
