Calculate % amounts of several colums in a table (SUM)

We have a grid view generated, which shows us the percentage per column (it is a room occupancy rate).

We would like to get a total occupancy rate per time period calculated. But we have no idea, how to approach it.

Does anyone has an idea how to do it?

Just create different views and filter it by different date range.
