Any suggestions on this?  I am trying to get the number of kids in a particular grade into the Current # field.  

Hi, I'm thinking about the function "COUNTA({name of the group that you want to count})

If it's that 'Campus' linked field, you could use a Count field for it

If not, how does this table reference the number of kids for each record?  Are you able to provide screenshots of the relevant tables with example data?
