🎄 Welcome to Day 3 of the 12 Days of AI Plays!

Today we’re heading back to the bustling Toy Workshop, where the elves are turning raw ideas into real holiday magic. But even the most efficient workshop needs good systems — and that’s where today’s AI Play comes in.

Get ready to unleash AI-powered app generation with Omni. You'll be asking AI to design an entire base or app from scratch… all tailored to a specific toy category of your choice.

Your Challenge

🧸 Step 1: Choose a Toy Category

Select a record in the Toy Workshop table with the toy category you want to work with.

Copy/paste the category details (materials needed, AI workload notes, Elf Department, etc.) into your Omni prompt.

🧱 Step 2: Ask Omni to Generate a New App

Use a prompt like:

“Generate an Airtable app/base specifically for managing production of this toy category. Include recommended tables, fields, relationships, and sample automations.”

*Hint: Navigate to your main workspace homepage, and click Create → Build with an app with Omni

🗂 Step 3: Review the plan proposed by Omni

Omni will propose a data model — tables, field types, relationships, maybe even automations or dashboards.

Save the proposal somewhere (Notes, a new table, or the prompt history).

🔍 Step 4: Compare to the Toy Workshop

Look at:

• What the Toy Workshop does today

• What Omni is suggesting

• Gaps, improvements, new ideas

• Any wild features the elves would love

Does Omni:

• Add missing fields?

• Suggest smart relationships?

• Invent a helpful workflow you hadn’t considered?

✨ Optional Extras

• Ask Omni to also create an Interface for your new app.

• Request workflow steps or automations for quality control.

• Have Omni produce example records for the new schema.
