Urgent - Best Airtable Plan for Selling Editable Templates

Hi Airtable Community,

I urgently need clarification on the best Airtable plan for selling templates. I recently had a video call with the Airtable team, but my main concern wasn’t fully addressed, and I need to make a decision ASAP since I’m actively selling a product.

My situation:

I’m creating and selling Airtable templates that my clients should be able to fully edit—entering data, modifying records, updating menus, etc. Essentially, they need to use the template independently within their own workspace.

I know that the Teams plan does not provide this level of flexibility, so I need to determine whether the Business or Enterprise plan is the right fit. While I have pricing details for the Business plan, I still don’t know the monthly cost of the Enterprise plan.

My question:

Which plan allows me to sell templates where my clients can fully edit and use them within their own workspaces, starting from my initial setup?

I would appreciate a clear and direct answer, as I need to finalize my decision immediately.

    Hey @alfonso12,

    Regarding the enterprise plan, you have to contact customer support, and they will come back with a proposal. 

    However I think in your case, your users have to use Airtable just for review the base, do some actions and then just duplicate it on their own workspace, otherwise you will own their data and you have to pay for their licences.. 

    You can have an automation that will trigger the invitation to join your template base. The invitation will be for the viewer's permission. They can review the entire base automation and so on. You get their email and I am not sure but you can invite them to get a copy of the base.

    Since creating fields automatically is included in the Enterprise plan, you may be able to automate the workflow in this way. 

    I am really curious to know about better ideas or features.
