Field Permissions - view all for base

With a large base it is very difficult to keep track of field permissions. Desperately need a way of seeing all. An app would be welcome

The Web Clipper is an amazing feature, I’m using it frequently to clip LinkedIn profiles into a CRM. Unfortunately I still need to open the new records in Airtable so I can add their company — would be great to create a new record from within the clipper.

It would be good to be able to use the CSV Import block while fields are set to not let anyone edit the values. We should have another option to “Allow this field to be modified by CSV Import”. Additionally it would be helpful to do the exact same with the Script block. Where we have “Nobody” being able to edit the values of the field but where there is an option to “Allow this field to be modified by Scripting Block”.

The concepts might be vastly different to Airtable staff, but to users they’re both just ways to extend Airtable functionality. It’d also be an opportunity to rethink the right side-panel design.

I have a super complicated base that is the backbone of my business. The Base schema block is a life saver as I work to clean up/understand my column and cross table relationships. Similar to base schema it would be AMAZING if there was a way when on a view you could see if there are any blocks that are built using it. There is already a notification that a viewed is shared so its already somewhat of a framework

Appears Airtable has changed the ability to retain standard or custom text colors for font in the Page Designer Block? WTF? Am I missing something or is standardization of font colors and retaining custom colors no longer an option?

This is a minor request because this is really not a big deal at all, but: It would be kinda cool if the URL Preview Block gave us previews of normal websites as well. It’s not a problem for us to open up URL’s in new browser tabs, but if the URL Preview Block supported normal websites, it could save us a little bit of web browser clutter — because we could quickly see previews right from within Airtable. 🙂

There doesnt seems to be any block for Funnel reporting where you would show things like opportunities progressing.

I love AirTable, one of my usecase is bookmarking URL in order to build Newsletter, relevant content, etc … The unoficial Chrome Extension is great but lack of sync and UI The WebClipper is good but a little bit young I think there is some good ideas with Memex: GitHub WorldBrain/Memex Browser Extension to full-text search your browsing history & bookmarks. - WorldBrain/Memex It could be interesting to have a bridge between both services or implementation in WebClipper Indexing bookmarks and all pages is really cool Putting notes/tags on page area is awesome
