It appears that interface dashboard charts now allow you to put additional y-axis data (side by side bar charts), however, if you add a second data, the ability to 'show record count on charts' goes away as an option.  I would like to keep this option even when using the multiple data on y-axis.   It would also be great to have record counts for 'breakdown' data.  See attached for example.  ... What is the proposed idea/solution? Choosing a field to sort graphs other than the name of the field you are trying to show. How does is solve the user problems? It allows the user to sort and rearrange their interface graphs to represent the order wanted instead of alphabetical/numerical order ascending/descending.  How was this validated? For lookup fields, it would be nice to have the option to cascade / inherit field descriptions from the table the data is coming from.  This helps nudge us towards single source of truth by: increasing the readability and intuitiveness of our bases and interfaces ('descriptions everywhere'); reducing the burden of managing that description (no longer have to cascade the description everywhere it is referenced); and eliminating the need for users to 'go somewhere else' to get their info (e.g. 'start a draft record in the other form so the info pops up', or a flat user manual that is decoupled from the application) It will need to be optional / opt-in so it doesn't break the behaviours of existing bases. What is the proposed idea/solution? Functionality to hide/show comments in a collapsable window within interfaces, specifically the "Record Review" page How does is solve the user problems? Allows users to hide/show what they need to see. Provides more real estate on the window if comments aren't relevant at that point in time. How was this validated? What is the proposed idea/solution? When displaying a linked records field as a Gallery, it would be nice if you could right-click the records to unlink them. If 'Link / unlink records' is toggled on, this would make sense.  How does is solve the user problems? It's confuses users to have to change views, then right click in order to unlink records. How was this validated? It's always confusing and a bit unintuitive to have to switch views in order to unlink records in the Gallery view Who is the target audience? It has been a helpful tool for my team in data entry and clean-up to create interface pages where the underlying records can be easily edited to add discovered missing entries or update a field for a given record. Especially for my team members that are less data savy and have a harder time with raw spreadsheets! I have been able to design pages from some of the page layout templates (such as "blank" or "record viewer") that have been great for our team to use! However, it seems this functionality is not available in the "dashboard" interface page. Maybe I'm missing how this can be accomplished but if not, having the option to edit the underlying data/records would be a great addition to make the dashboard interface more powerful! ... View more
