Page designer in Interface

Hi, I would like to have the option to show the page design in the Interface sections. We use a lot of documents that are made with the page designer. We now need to load the data and then locate the extension. With my colleagues working with the interfaces it would be fantastic to have the possibility to print the selected record as the page designed with the page designer. Hopefully you can help me out with this. Thank you for the reply in advance!

What is the proposed idea/solution? Make Interfaces available on the iPad How does is solve the user problems? In construction, we use iPads for most of our inspection and statusing. To not have an interface useable on the iPad app is a major barrier to being able to use this in the field. How was this validated? ... Who is the target audience? Anyone who uses Airtable not sitting down

Users can have Data right at their fingertips, be confronted with the most important data at all times. How was this validated? We have moved over from Asana, that has this, and team members (especially those who are work on site) need to be able to easily see outstanding tasks/create new tasks on the go. I’ve only just started using Airtable so maybe this is already a thing. However I was wondering it could be possible to view interfaces the iOS app not only on a desktop.

I could not find a dedicated feature request for this so I made one. There are quite a lot of features that are in the desktop version but not on iOS: Group records (Group view on ios) Calendar View Kanban View Form View Blocks Create or edit formula, rollup, count, lookup and created time fields Show/hide fields Share Button Print View Download CSV History Color Row Height Copy another views configuration Please add in comments if I am forgetting something here. Is feature parity on the roadmap?

PLEASE allow forms to open in the app! I like that the interface forms to create records open in the app, i don't understand why other forms cannot. Since airtable mobile website doesn't work well (you have to request desktop website) it is a massive PITA to complete a form on mobile device especially if you want to record WHO submitted the form (requires signing in). Since mobile browsers suck at keeping you logged in if you close out of your browser app, you have to constantly sign in and get the stupid message to get a magic link on your desktop.

My entire team about 10 of us are very active on AT mobile. But the biggest problem is we have to go to our desktop to check blocks. Is there anyway I can access blocks on mobile?

What is the proposed idea/solution? All Interfaces should be mobile responsive by default. In the Preview mode give two icons (mobile and laptop screens) to toggle between Preview on Mobile or Preview on Laptop In the Interface > Preview on Mobile screen, is very ikely that the user may want to either rearrange or hide certain elements from the mobile responsive view. So provide list of all elements with a Show/Hide toggle. If an elements is hidden in mobile view, it should not get automatically hidden from the web view. Refer Wix Editor for reference How does is solve the user problems? The target audience are most likely to view the Interfaces on a mobile phone. Hence, by making it available and mobile responsive, it'll significantly improve Interface usability How was this validated? Common sense. Who is the target audience? Senior management, clients, field sales etc.

Hi. I think that it will be very useful to have a built-in search in shared views (grid as well as gallery view) available from mobile phones. Sharing database with lot of information without possibility to find specific data makes shared view useless in some way. And since using Airtable from a mobile is a daily routine, the ability to search the database seems to me to be a feature of first necessity. I know that it possible to use browser “find on a page”, but that not so obvious and requires two additional clicks. Also, search in shared base is not always working well. Latest Chrome on Xiaomi mi9: The search result overlaps other elements of the page (grid view). Got a request / question: I want to share a grid view with a sales team who will primarily be viewing the base on their mobile devices. The base is large (around 2000 records) so a search function is essential, however whilst search is available on the desktop shared view it isn’t available on the mobile shared view. Is there any plans to introduce this? Or even better, a workaround? Thanks Ross
