Here's how this feature might work: First, the user would need to create a new form or select an existing form within Airtable. Then, they could choose to enable the form scheduling feature for that form. Next, the user would be able to specify the start and end dates and times during which the form should be disabled. The user would also have the option to add a custom message that would be displayed to users who try to access the form during the disabled period. For example, the message might say "We apologize for the inconvenience, but this form is temporarily unavailable. Please check back after [end date and time]." After the disabled period has ended, the form would automatically become active again and users would be able to access and submit it as usual. This feature would be especially useful for businesses and organizations that need to periodically disable form submissions for maintenance or during busy periods, such as holiday sales or seasonal promotions. What is the proposed idea/solution? I love using Airtable for work, but find that there are many personal applications as well. Instead of paying $20 a month for a "Team" plan for just myself, which is excessive, I wish there was an "Individual" plan. It would have similar limitations to the free tier, but unlock: 10,000 records per base 2 gb attachment space per base 3 month revision history Expanded color and formatting 1,000 automations per month This would all cost around $5 USD a month How does is solve the user problems? This allows for expanded functionality of Airtable for personal use, capturing a new market segment, while not offering too many features to eat into the sales of "Team" subscriptions. It would help personal organization with more colors, more automations, and more safety from accidental deletions without being excessive like the Team plan How was this validated? This idea has not been validated further than my own use cases and desires. I would like to request the ability to bulk delete views. For my business, I create 30+ views to manage smaller segments of data. I do this for the purpose of creating embed codes to display on my website. This data changes seasonally, so each change in season I have to delete older views. This can be cumbersome, as I have to navigate to each individual view and delete them one at a time. Perhaps there could be a checkbox function in the view list that allows me to select multiple views and then delete them from the view dropdown, rather than just in the individual view options? ... It would be great if it was possible to FORMAT TEXT (fonts, colors, bold, italics), CELLS (left, right, center alignment, background colors), and BORDERS (bold or dashed lines, colors) within tables. The ability to add extra header lines and/or to FREEZE more cells vertically and horizontally would help, too. I've been using Airtable as an invoice tracker, creator, and sender so that I can use the payment processor that I want to use. I'm wanting page designer to have a download button that I can just click once and have my documents download as a pdf immediately instead of using the "save to pdf" work around. It would also be great if you can customize the file name using fields to help with organization. This would be good for weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and performance reports in various scenarios. Also, it would be epic if the page designer could be automated to download directly into an attachment field, or emailed as an attachment. Then, as a bonus, we should be able to do a batch download of attachments/files into a zip folder.
