What is the proposed idea/solution? The ability to filter linked record selection by other values selected in the form. For instance, if I have an Estimate form that is linked to "Clients" and "Projects," I would like to limit Projects to those owned by the Client. How does it solve the user problems? It decreases the risk of data entry errors, and saves time searching through unrelated records. This is especially true in cases where tables are set up using unique ID's that don't contain searchable data from other fields. How was this validated? Building Interfaces / Forms to run my business. Who is the target audience? Anyone using Interfaces & Forms

List views within interfaces, and List page layouts do not support/show the sum of values of a given field (e.g. number, currency, etc). However, this is actually supported for grid views. -see comparison in image below. Even if something similar can be achieved using different workarounds as mentioned by @ScottWorld and @ATSolutionist in this other post submitted by @Scott_Brasted, a native out of the box solution seems completely needed. I want an AI Agent that does the clicking and typing for me. "Filter on Product Names containing "widget" " "Show me all records for Customer XYZ" "Sort this view by Date" "Check the box - Create Sales Order" "Set Follow-up Date to 2 weeks from today" Nitty gritties: 1. Navigating "Go to the Customers table" "Switch to the [Sales Orders] view" "Show me the records from the past month" 2. Searching & Filtering Data "Filter by [Product Name] containing 'widget'" "Show me all records for [Customer XYZ]" "Find all tasks due tomorrow" "Show me all records where 'Status' is 'Pending'" 3. Data Manipulation "Sort this view by [Date] in descending order" "Sort the records by [Amount] from highest to lowest" "Show only records where 'Stock Level' is less than 10" "Set [Shipping Date] to next Monday" "Delete all records older than 6 months" 4. Data Entry & Updates "Create a new record with [Customer Name], [Product], [Quantity], and [Price]" "Add a note to record [ID] with 'Shipment delayed until Friday'" "Update 'Follow-up Date' to 2 weeks from today for all records in 'Pending' status" 5. Task Automation "Set a reminder to follow up on [Customer XYZ] next Monday" "Mark all tasks in this view as 'Completed' " "Create a new 'Reminder' task for [Customer XYZ] to call next week" 6. Interacting with Linked Records "Show all records related to [Customer XYZ] in the [Invoices] table" "Link these records to [Sales Order #123]" 7. Integrations & Workflows "Send a reminder email to [Customer XYZ] about their order status" "Sync this table with Google Sheets" "Run the [Monthly Sales Report] automation" 8. Collaboration & Notifications "Notify [Team Member] about a delay in the order for [Customer XYZ]" "Share this view with [Email Address]" 9. AI Assistant "How can I..." "Are there any integrations that can help with XYZ ?"

What is the proposed idea/solution? Parse linked records and dropdowns as lists, or change trigger to use "is exactly" (object) instead of "contains" (string) How does it solve the user problems? The current workaround is to create a formula field that is the string copy of the object field, but this does not allow complex conditionals (such as NONE OF or EXACTLY). How was this validated? In the options for different interface types, the only way to get a table is through starting with a blank interface and adding a table element in. This often causes scrolling issues between the whole page and within the table, and overall is is a very clunky way to get a table interface. Can a new interface be made that is just a table, similar to the list interface, but with the functionality of a table. It would be the same as the table view under the data tab, but having it as an interface gives a lot more control over access to it and sharing between other people. If this could be added it would also solve Allow what users can see/access individual Views in the same table as @TheTimeSavingCo commented on this.

Allow the Admin account to share specific views to users, and revoke access to others. This would be a page where I can add or remove users access to the specific view. This should also be similar in the Permissions options, where users can be an editor, viewer, commenter, but have it so they can have different permissions in different views. This means that a user may have access to 'View 1' and 'View 2', but not 'View 3', and this user is able to edit in 'View 1' but not in 'View 2' and cannot see or edit in 'View 3'

What is the proposed idea/solution? A way to search a base to find references to a record, a field, or a piece of text that may exist in any of the scripts. Or perhaps have an info block on each table that would reference any automation that is triggered from it, or is referenced in an automation's javascript code. How does is solve the user problems? I am starting to get really good at automations and scripts, but sometimes I can't remember where I may have done a specific operation. Other than taking all of my scripts, pasting into text documents to search, there doesn't appear to be a way to search the platform. Having this would make development easier and allow users to avoid duplication. How was this validated? ...It would be a new feature, pretty easy to verify. Who is the target audience? ...Developers, auditors, anyone troubleshooting.

I often develop Airtable forms for use in youth afterschool programming. Since many of our participants are minors, it is important that we document their ages. In Airtable forms, I add the date field for prospective participants to enter their DOB and make it a required field. I set the "Range Minimum" to the latest date someone could be born and qualify for program (so, if a program requires you be 18 to participate, the "Range Minimum" to the latest date someone could be born and still be 18 by the program start date). Problem is, you have to click through each of the months of each year to get to the far past. This is time-consuming, and having the ability to type in a date would really save time. Overall, the Airtable team should look into allowing the date field to be used for more than just tracking dates connected to things other than just project timelines. Who is the target audience? People who use forms and other Airtable features to track age or other dates that occurred in the far past. This is NOT for people tracking future deadlines or team project timelines, as it seems that the Date field is currently configured with those users in mind.

It'd be really use to be able to generate notifications for the user on the mobile app (or desktop). Seems like it'd be simple to do. We'd like this, as we have really complicated automations running, that are not 100% infallible to human input error. Currently I manage this with a "notification" single select, whereby if an input error has happened and needs to be fixed, it's tagged with the relevant issue. Input views are grouped by the notification select, so the user can at least see next time they open the app there was an error with their data entry. But this is messy, can create multi-day delays in getting information rectified, and also takes up 1 of the 3 "grouping" slots (and I already find 3 not quite enough). There'd be lots of reasons to notifcations would be useful to others. Obviously email and slack are options for generating notifications, but we're a small team (3) who work in the field together, so we don't use slack, and we're not checking our emails. Everyone prefers their email notifications to be left off, and to deal with their emails when back in the office.

I think response time for automation is very important to improve. It would be also great to get an automatic response message as a Toast Component in Airtable Interface UI. (external server (external fetch request) can be busy, Interface User have to know the Status of the action). It would also important to have not to repeat same code as you see from Screenshot. (Solution: to make Api request new section)
