How many users will have access to this system? Not how many have already but how many will have in total till the end of the year, since you gonna grow your business. 

The number of users is something you have to consider curiously since this may increase your costs. If you have 8 or more users, I would recommend building the entire system on Airtable and using Noloco or Softr to build the application for your end users. 

This solution is cost-efficient for you; it has a sign-in/up process so the users are able to see data associated with them, and you can manage the centralized from one place.
