During the session, we’ll build a practical system that connects those pieces, so your Theory of Change becomes something your team can actually use to track progress, learn and report.
We’ll look at how to connect outcomes, programs, indicators and evidence, bring quantitative and qualitative data together, and turn the framework into a practical Airtable system.
