I have paid the invoice which failed yesterday. I had automatically been downgraded to free plan. However even after paying the invoice when I try to upgrade, it takes me to billing and then says we cant charge your card right now.

Also, do yo know who your Account Executive is? If so, you’ll want to email him/her. If you do not get any answer, please feel free to DM me and I can try to contact you with someone from their sales dept.
