What is the proposed idea/solution? Enable integration with Sharepoint spaces and OneDrive folders/documents How does is solve the user problems? Some of us don't use Google docs/sheets/form/etc. but Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive docs and it's very hard to extract value from Airtable without those essential integration with our everyday workflows. How was this validated? I am project manager and program lead who designs Airtable for wider org to adopt. Who is the target audience? All Sharepoint or MS Office users (all of Walmart employees to start with!)

What is the proposed idea/solution? Create an endpoint to list all automations created under a base. How does is solve the user problems? This would assist drastically with auditing what automations are enabled, where they are, and what they speak to externally (if scripts have been implemented to send data to external webhooks). Currently there is no way to get this information without going into each base individually and auditing each automation. How was this validated? No publicly-accessible endpoint exists to facilitate this functionality. Who is the target audience? Admins interested in keeping track of what exactly is happening in their environment.

I would love to see a detailed change log by Airtable where everything that is added or changed gets documented. Everything. Things get changed, added and improved constantly. Often small and helpful things (that I need) which go unnoticed for quite some time because they are not communicated. I would consult such a change log page every morning before I start my work to see what exactly is new. It could be an improved version of the existing "What's new" page but with every detail, not only three changes per month often published way after the fact. That page is already fed by an Airtable app. So it would be extremely low effort to plug every development team into that tool to communicate changes as soon as they are rolled out.

There should be two attachment types - private and public. Public attachments are accessible from non-expiring URLs and private attachments are accessible through the following configurable options PAT with correct permissions (AKA downloadable via stream...not just a link) Expiring URLs that optionally require login to view and have configurable expiration times Online from a properly permissioned user account

Hi Airtable Team, First off, I'm really enjoying the new Personal Access Tokens feature -- it makes it *much* easier to cross-check which external Make.com scenario is responsible for record/field level changes via the Record History view. Great job! Secondly, when juggling over 150+ Make.com scenarios that touch Airtable, it becomes non-trivial to manually create a new, unique Personal Access Token for each separate Make.com scenario. Trust me, I *want* to do this because the audit logs are much *cleaner*, but I wish it was less *time consuming*. Therefore, I'm looking for Airtable to provide an API that allows enterprise *administrators* to create new personal access tokens *at scale*. That would solve a ton of friction for our engineering teams on their journey to migrate to Personal Access Tokens. Happy to spell out this use-case further; thanks for your time.

How can Airtable Enterprise Audit Logs be sufficient when they exclude record-level revision histories? This seems like a MASSIVE oversight. Am I missing something else here? Original article: https://community.airtable.com/t5/development-apis/reading-revision-history-via-script/td-p/37318

What is the proposed idea/solution? A toggle to exclude any changes made via API in a record's Revision History. How does is solve the user problems? We have daily (some hourly) API updates to our records, which makes the Revision History too noisy to read when we're looking for changes made by actual users. Who is the target audience? Any users with regular API/Zapier/Make/etc automations linked to their bases.

What is the proposed idea/solution? .As an CRO specialist i calculate the significance of test in google sheets and google analytics data. If: 1. Airtable was able to integrate GA4 end retrieve users and events and 2. offer a test-result Bayesian calculator then i would not have to exit the platform and use different tools to calculate significance of experiments. How does is solve the user problems? Users can calculate significance of test with traffic from google analytics or even ab-tasty. How was this validated? I have encountered the problem in several companies. Who is the target audience? CRO specialists and experimenters
