It’s not useful to have the history record for records display in ‘days ago’ or ‘months ago’. Much more useful to display the actual date. Rationale is that when looking at history, its very likely you’ll be auditing or reconciling events on that record, so seeing that a record change happened ‘3 months ago’ is not at all useful. I’ve discovered through this forum (thanks @ScottWorld !) that you can hover to see the detail, but why force users to d that? Here is a question: are there any plans to add some automation to Airtable? - like “if this box gets checked - the content of this row will get copied into the another table of the same base? I am trying to think of a solution for our scenario of jobs we are bidding on vs. actual jobs with money coming in. If we record the bids in one table, once we get the actual job, I’d like to move these entries over to another table that records actual jobs with money comping in. I guess I could record both, bids and actual jobs, in one table and have 2 views for each scenario… But nevertheless, some simple automation could be really helpful. Thanks in advance. ... View more

Hi fellow users, I saw a similar request from 2017, but wanted to bring it back up since Airtable’s user base and functionality has grown since then. It would be really helpful to have the ability to navigate around a view (especially a grid) using the Page Up/Down and the Home/End keys when working in a large table. I would find this particularly useful for views sorted by date, where you may need to bounce back and forth between different months or weeks. Anyone else feel they’d have use for this? I have a base where I am using a checkmark to show a task is completed. Since there will be multiple people with access to the base, I would like there to be an option where if you check the checkbox you will have to verify using your own pin. This will create a digital signature with time stamp so I can verify who did what. It would be great if I could “Limit selection to specific options” based on other field conditions. For Example: I have a venue with dozens of rooms.
