I am trying to use airtable for our applicant tracking system. I love the interface on iOS, especially the option to text or call right from the phone number field in the form for each applicant. However, when I use the iCal subscription link to put the interview dates on people’s calendars, the link opens the record on the airtable website and not the mobile app. This might be fine if the phone recognized the phone number as a link and opened the phone app, but it doesn’t. Is it possible to have a link that opens in the iOS app? We can manually calendar the interviews if I can put a link to the record that opens in the iOS app. Thanks! ... View more

Hi all – I’m trying to make a formula that creates a Things URL, and one thing I’m bumping up against is properly replacing special characters with the URI encoded version (like %20 for space, for example.) I am a STEM student who is making a database for all of my math/physics/engineering formulas. If I use a Lookup on a field of Single Select, the resulting lookup should take on the characteristics of a Single Select in so much as it should take on the colors of the parent field and be able to be used in a Kanban view. It looks like folks have been asking for this feature for years. Would love to for example create a format that generates a book of all my databases.
