I love the new conditional fields in the AirTable Interface.  But I was wondering if it is possible to have collapsable sections (or grouped) in expanded records, beyond conditional viewing.  right now I use Buttons as "SHOW" or "HIDE" with the conditional viewing to mimic a collapsing section.  But i am hoping that this can be made into a real feature ... According to the feature documentation for Record Templates, there is a default behavior by field type when applying a template to an existing record, as follows: Empty non-array type fields are filled according to the template's configuration Array-type fields are always appended to and deduplicated Non-empty, non-array type fields are ignored Computed field types cannot be directly modified by templates I suggest allowing these behaviors to be modified per template, through a similar screen as relative date settings can be. As an example, Single Select fields fall in the 'non-empty, non-array' category, but I often need to change one of these fields (e.g. Status) along with other changes to the target record. Airtable finally added this calendar month as a date filter option which is great, however there needs to be a last calendar month instead of just last month. We need to submit every month our expenses from the previous month. So for example today, I need to be able to see all expenses from January (i.e. last calendar month). What is the proposed idea/solution? To add a configuration to the List and Grid elements on Interfaces that allows us to transpose the data in the source table. This enables us to present financial data in conventional way where Months, Quarters or Years are column headers in the interface presentation while the data is tied together in rows in the database (for calculations etc).  How does is solve the user problems? It extends the usability of Interfaces to enable conventional financial table views. How was this validated?       It would be helpful to be able to increase the right-hand width of the Automation List Panel Window. I am currently using a Mac laptop and a Chrome Browser and this is as far as I can move the right-hand panel boundary to the right.   The inability to increase the Automation List Panel window interfers with my ability to view a complete list of all the Automation Names & Descriptions at one time and makes organizing and using my automations much more complicated and time consuming than it should be.   Instead of just looking down a complete list of my automations with their whole names visible, I have to tap on the individual automation so the complete name appears in the middle Automations Build Panel.       I have the option to turn off the Automation List panel while I am working on the Automation Build (which is nice, but frankly unnecessary most of the time).   It is, however, necessary for me to see my complete list of automations for each base. This helps me better gauge which automations may no longer be needed, and how often an automation runs. The ability to look at my Automation List at one time completely helps me build more efficient workflows.   It would also be nice to have a total list of automations created summary line at top, and how many total automations my base as left as part of its plan.   Thank you for your consideration. ... What is the proposed idea? Color coded icons showing project or task priority (similar to Importance icons in emails). How does is solve the user problems? A visual aid to quickly see what projects or tasks will require immediate attention. Currently we include the phrase "HOT PLATE" in the task field. What are the design parameters? Create a form type using a combination of the Rating form type, Number form type, and Single Select form type. Preliminary design includes an icon (only) displayed in the column (a flag or fire) and when the drop-down is selected the icon and associated text is displayed in the drop-down. Three colors Red, Green, Yellow representing High Priority, Normal Priority, and Low Priority. Must be able to sort using color of icon. Who is the target audience? 'List' type objects need a way to export the data (should we choose to allow it).  The workaround now is to create a shared view with the same data and filters, but to protect this data the only option is password.  Since interfaces require log-ins and shared access, this protection is inherent.  If we wish to allow users to export the data there should be a button for this available on the list views.  ...
