What is the proposed idea/solution? A new View Type that "freezes" records filtered into it so that its data, including formulas and perhaps other dynamic fields, no longer update but provide a snapshot of the record at the time it was "frozen". Records in the view can get ignored by API queries making automation and actions faster too. How does is solve the user problems? Improves Base performance because the system doesn't needs to constantly update formulas or check dynamical filtering conditions on records that are not in use. Reports can still be generated on this data without needing to copy the data from dynamic fields to text only duplicates of the field or duplicating entire records to another Archive/Reporting table or external source. I started out with the trial of Airtable and absolutely loved it. It is perfect for what I'm looking to do - but what I'm looking to do is a small, personal project, that being able to share Interfaces publicly is perfect for. Now that my trial is over and I'm on the Free version, Airtable still covers everything I need - EXCEPT that specific part, and I unfortunately cannot justify $24/mth to go to the first paid tier. What is the proposed idea/solution? Currently, when you click on a lookup field in the data entry form preview, it will display additional fields from that lookup view.  However, in the actual data entry form, only the first field is shown in the pulldown for the lookup.   How does is solve the user problems? It will help simplify the first field that serves as key and appears on interfaces/reports. Currently, the first field needs to be concatenated with additional fields in the view so that pertinent information is available during the data entry lookup that displays only first field.  How was this validated? What is the proposed idea/solution? ...Enable Arrayunique to be used on text fields with spaces How does is solve the user problems? we cannot use Rollup to retrieve just the unique values when the field is a concatenated field with spaces. What is the proposed idea/solution? When seeing a change in a field of a record in the activities feed it would be very helpful to be able to click on that and jump to the field. How does is solve the user problems? Because the information is truncated, being able to jump to a field with full data will make it easier to collect and make that information actionable. What is the proposed idea/solution? ...Allow a base to be created and made private on a shared workspace. How does is solve the user problems? ...Users should be able to be a part of workspace, but create a private base to get access to features of the workspace that are not available in the free workspace.  Currently the workaround is to only share specific bases with other users in the company, and this is a pain due to multiple people being collaborators so we have multiple owners of the system, instead of just one person.
