For the card layout in the grid view, you can’t control which fields display or how much width they take up. I am working on an interface design where I have a long text field which gets cut off after a few words, one field that isn’t necessary to display, and a ton of white space which could be used to display more text. It would be very useful to be able to control the width of the fields and which fields are shown (like with kanban cards). Hunting for Fields is my #1 time waster in Airtable. I spend lots of time scrolling horizontally through column headings, or vertically through the Fields Pane. I have 5x more fields than I do Views in most Tables and I interact with them (i.e. need to find them) more often too.
