What is the proposed idea/solution? Create a single lookup field that a user can enter a company name or address and the autofill starts searching, similar to what is populated when you start typing an address into Google maps. Once selected, the company name, address 1, address 2, zip/postal, state/province and country are populated into the fields listed. How does is solve the user problems? This would provide address standardization and prevent users from having to search on google for an address and then enter that field either individually into each field or copy and paste the entire address. How was this validated? Not sure what this is asking Who is the target audience? Any company including addresses in their data fields. We include it in our CRM system for contacts and companies as well as in our project management bases for listing locations for projects.

Via the "hidden fields" button, we can select which fields are shown and reorder them. We can't however alphabetically sort this list. When you have a lot of fields, it would be useful to be able to do that. It would also be great, just like in some Interface functions I think, if the ones we select jump to the top of the list, so we don't have to manually drag them up.

I work with financial metrics for projects and I will love to be able to calculate Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on my projects, as well as other and other basic financials metrics. Please add the functionality.

I think the lookup formula should have a setting to show only unique values. I know ARRAYUNIQUE() in the rollup formula can do the same thing, but this is better used for complex operations. Also, colors will be lost here.

I know this topic has been brought up before but I haven’t seen any topics about it post-table syncing implementation. Would really like the ability to hide tables in bases - specifically tables I have syncing. For the most part, I’m syncing the table and then using some automations to find and match to existing records and then using lookups to pull in the information I need. The synced table really isn’t providing any value except for the specific fields I’m looking up. So, if there was an ability to hide these tables it would lessen the cluster of unnecessary tables in a base but still allow for specific information to be pulled in, matched, and synced.

Please allow hiding the Create a View pane on the bottom of the Views pane. I want to keep the Views pane but don’t want to see the “create a view” section. I suggest to add a toggle on the view configuration. This adds additional space to view the list of views without need to scroll it (not ideal on small laptop screens).

For example, I have 2 records(threr’re 2 fields: title tags):

If group by tag fields, it will generate 2 groups:
software, note-taking
note-taking, study
But I think it’s better to have a group for every single value:
note-taking
study
software
Multiple values should not only be used in filter, but also in group!

We’d like to be able to see increments smaller than days in the timeline view. If we could see Days as a date range we would be able to plan out multiple projects over the course of a day on an hourly basis.

Please make it an option to select multiple views and change specific configurations.
Use case - I have a base with hundreds of identical views shared with outside customers and the only difference is each view is filtered by the specific customer (so they can only see their information we want to give them). If change one of the filtered fields, I then must manually go into each each view and re-do the configurations.
Right now I have to create a “Template View”. Go into each view and “Copy another view’s configuration” Select the “Template View” Select all to copy configuration Go into the filter and change the customer name back to who I made the view for. Then repeat 100’s of times This takes hours :frowning:
Would be nice to just be able to select multiple views at once and edit specific configurations. Then should only take a minute.
