In an effort to move from Excel to Airtable, I need to see if it is possible for Airtable to calculate grade based on a birthdate. For example, here is my Excel formula (sorry it is a bit nightmarish):

I would also like to see date range filtering. The current options are very limited. I need to be able to set to filter results from Jan 1 through June 1, for example.
This would be very useful. Not just for the scenario described but to stop a new field from appearing in many views when it was created and only needed in one. I have to always go back through and remember to remove the added field from other views.
