HelloI have three tablesCONTRIBUTORS, with Name and other infoACTIVITIES, with Title and other infoCONTRIBUTIONS, with Contributor name (lookup), Activity title (lookup) and DurationThe latter looks likeAlan, Hackathon A, 12:00Melinda, Hackathon A, 10:00Alan, Presentation C, 4:00Now, I would like a field Total contributions in CONTRIBUTORS that sums up the Duration of CONTRIBUTIONS per Name. 😊This would show 16:00 for Alan, 10:00 for Melinda, etc.I got the result in a pivot table but I need it as a table field.I tried the following, which does not work. 🤔 🤔Total contributions (rollup) in CONTRIBUTORSLinked from CONTRIBUTIONS, field Duration, where Contribuor contains {Name}, aggregate SUM(values)Thank you for your help

Hello! I am creating a bar chart and am running into a confusing issue. I am trying to basically remove the x-axis values from a chart but cannot do so. I am thinking it a difference in how Airtable stores the fields being used in charts? I am not sure. I need urgent help, yall - all of a sudden a List-based Interface page won't filter.  Here's the deal:I created the List layout in Interface, set my table to Tasks, configured all the visible fields and sorting options.  I want to add a dropdown for the Project Category field which is a lookup field in my tasks table.  The base structure looks like this:Projects > Milestones > TasksSo I lookup the project via the milestone in the task table and use that for the dropdown in the layout.This has worked for the last 10 days I've been using it.  Today it doesn't work.  Choosing an option in the dropdown doesn't affect my list at all.I have also used the built-in filter option to do the same filter and it doesn't work either.Filtering in the base itself works exactly as expected and the other Interface page filter options all work as expected.I created a brand new page with the same settings and it doesn't wor

Hi all,I'm looking to roll up a set of linked records into one total linked records field.I am building a sales CRM and have different recruiters being labeled for different phases. Below is an example of my "leads" database. I can add a button on my interface page that navigates (go to interface page) to a form. However, I'd like to set a field value (within that form)  based upon current focus.The application is an ideas board so I'm focused on Idea A (main page) and I navigate to a voting table (form) but I want to pass idea A to that form.So I'm thinking I need to associate the button with a script but cant find example code for this application eg interface page navigation. Hey all, Looking for a custom script/formula, happy to pay if required. i have a table full of records that are daily jobs. Each job has a value and I want to be able to show a total of all records that match 2 fields (customer and week number). Hi CommunityI am using the Zendesk sync and have realised that I am only getting the first comment on a ticket and follow-up comments are not coming through.Can anyone point me to documentation that explains how Airtable connects to ZD?I am assuming it is the Ticket API but wondering if there are any details about the standard capabilities of the sync out there. We have a ton of customer fields in ZD so it is a nightmare trying to go through everything to identify what looks like a standard way of working. tl;dr - I want to see all the comments (at the very least, the public comments between the customer and Zendesk Agent) in Airtable - anyone know how I can do this?

I’m working on a trouble ticket table that keeps track of support for our users. I want to be able to track when a box was checked. So I have a “Followed up” checkbox field and I’d like to track the time from when the record was created to when the box is checked. I’m pretty sure I know how to figure out the difference in time with a formula but I’m having a hard time getting the timestamp of the box being checked. I can see the time in the expanded history view but there’s no way to reference it as far as I can see. Any help or workarounds are appreciated!

Hello! getting lost in the sauce of nested IF formulas and looking for help.I have a CRM in airtable that I'd like for a formula to return one of two formulas based on a single select status for that deal.If the deal is open (any one of 7/10 statuses in the single select), I'd like for it to show the deals age based on today's date  DATETIME_DIFF( TODAY(),{Deal Created}, 'weeks')  If the deal is closed (any of 3/10 statuses in the single select) I'd like for it to show the age of the deal when it was closed:  DATETIME_DIFF({Date Closed or Lost},{Deal Created}, 'weeks')  Thanks for your help!

I want to share my base with other "free" collaborators - how do I do this?2.  Once shared, can my collaborators update my Base or will they only have read access?3. While I can do this manually, is there a method either when creating a linked field.. or after, to determine the the field it is linked to.For instance, we are tracking several fields in a loans file with our contacts table. So, for instance, the fields, Borrower, Co-Borrower, Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Agent TC, Listing Agent, Listing Agent TC, Title Rep, etc. all link to our Contacts. I created the relationships from the File_Loans table. So, in the Contacts table they look like this:I can link a record in each field and determine the linked field - allowing me to provide a better name on this side of the relationship but... Hello, somewhat new to airtable and using the Payroll Timesheet Template available in the template library. However, I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out how to properly calculate the pay periods as they’re not every 15 days (like in the template), but rather the 15th and the last day of the month. It currently takes the Start Date formula DATEADD({Start of Pay Period 1},({Pay Period Number}*14)-14,'days') and the End Date formula* DATEADD({Start Date},13,'days') to calculate the Pay Date DATEADD({Start Date},13,'days') I am wondering how best to calculate the Start and End Dates based on the Pay Dates always being the 15 and the EOM (30th or 31st). Now that we're growing, we're creating some Bases that not everyone should have access to.How do I convert a user from a. Workspace Collaborator to a Base Collaborator?Is the process the same to switch from base to workspace?Thanks!

I have contact records in my primary tab (we’re using Airtable as a CRM) where the contact’s Full Name is the main record. Then in another tab, we’re logging interactions with the contacts, and have a column that links to the contact record in the primary tab. In our primary tab, we have a column “Follow Up Date” that looks at the interactions in the other tab and grabs the follow up dates from each interaction with that contact (also from the column “Follow Up Date”). Ideally though, we only want it to grab the most recent date. If you see in my below examples, the contact Brian has 2 dates in his follow up column. This is because there are 2 interactions linked to his contact, both of which have a follow up date. However, the only date we need is the June 3rd one, since it’s the most recent. Is there any way to add this as a condition? I’m not seeing it. Thanks! Tab 1

I see a few people have asked this question already, but I don’t see a clear solution in those other threads. I’ve embedded a form on our WordPress site, and added a redirect for when someone completes the form. However, it doesn’t work. It looks like it activates the pop-up blocker on my laptop (which is a default setting on a MacBook Pro I just purchased, so I’m assuming others will have that, too). It reverts back to the form instead of sending people who completed it to my thank-you page. Is there anything else I should try? Thanks! Another thread where this is asked:

I want to share the video with my colleages before a meeting with the sales team tomorrow.
