Hello, I need an AirTable consultant to help me create a solution (on AirTable) that enables my data partners to upload and publish their data for distribution on my platform (outside AirTable). Requirements: Partner can upload new or overwrite data. Partner data updates are validated in real-time against my data model. Partner can manage a mapping to data model separately so they don’t have to change their source spreadsheet prior to upload. AirTable automatically links each entity to a matching entity in my lookup table. AirTable highlights unlinked rows in the partner data with a warning (not error) Partners can publish data updates. AirTable should automatically manage snapshots. AirTable triggers web hook that automatically received data updates or triggers automatic download data using the AirTable API. Let me first say, I know this is quite simple for many people AND there is documentation explaining how to do what I am trying to achieve… I still can’t do it. Hello! i’m looking for someone that can help me build out airtable, for our custom screen printing shop. I’m currently looking to use Zapier to push a notification from our invoicing software to airtable, whenever there is a new project. So let’s say we have a new custom apparel project. That would get pushed to our custom apparel base. We’d like that to create a line item where it notates the following, in the first static field: Invoice - Project Name When expanding the box, we’d like there to be different fields that would allow us to type information for this project, for each department (i’m imagining this info would be displayed on linked tables). So we could put information in each field, for the staff in that particular department to work on. A little while ago, I pulled information from a baker’s dozen rankings of episodes from the first four seasons of Black Mirror, Charlie Brooker’s dystopian look at technology and society, produced originally by Channel 4 and later by Netflix. I had been amused by there being general critical consensus as to the series’ high quality but absolutely no agreement as to the merit of individual episodes. I thought by gathering the data into one base and subjecting them to various analyses I might be able to identify trends or commonalities not apparent at first glance. I just found Airtable and I think it could probably really help us. We own and manage apartment communities and have additional locations where we’re doing development, retail or other activities. We currently track all of our location information (IS needs) like address, WAN Subnet, ISP circuits and so on. We have several ugly Excel Spreadsheets keeping track of all of this plus static IP addresses for multiple internet circuits across 50 or so locations. I’d like some help develop a working structure to replace this and enhance our ability to quickly access information. Thanks.

I just don’t have the time to figure this thing out. I’ve already spent way more time than I should have and I just can’t get it to work, and I’m done. I need something that will list all my customers, their orders, and the items they order. I want to click on a customer and see what items they have ordered. I want to click on items and see who has ordered them. I also want to automatically add records based on an email receipt I receive of their order. I want a form that customers fill out that will tell me things like size, favorite style, color, print, etc. And it would be easy to see everyone that likes the color purple and is a size small, or looking for a camo print. And an “Action Item” - if I need to remember to send a customer something, or that a customer is paying me on Tuesday for the hamburger bought today. Is it possible to pass variables from a webpage of mine to my base view it so that airtable is “prefiltered” for the user according to how they on the webpage? I imagine something like a drop down menu on the website where people can filter and search for specific rows in the airtable view that they get sent to. Thanks!

We are a research firm. We need help creating research project management work flow. Need to track realtime flow, but also to archive specific data (auto populate) in existing excel and/or Access databases. Have used Excel and Access databases to manually manage but think Airtable could simplify and decrease duplicative data entry.

The link below is to a base I developed for tracking medical expenses. It can track expenses for any number of patients, medical services, and providers. The base allows the recording of charges, insurance amounts (disallowed and allowed), deductibles, co-insurance and co-pay amounts. It also can track amounts paid by insurance to the provider and to the insured, as well as payments made in settlement of bills from providers. There is a main Medical Expenses table and additional Patient, Service, and Provider tables. Each field has a description of what it is for, and there are several different views of the main Medical Expenses table. Of course, the sample data in the base is just that and is intended to show the various types of entries that can be necessary in recording expenses, insurance rulings, and personal payments. Hi there I’m looking for someone to assist me in the best ways to set up our base. I have started doing so, but before I get too far into it I need to make sure the way I’m doing it is correct for our needs. Also, some help in achieving the situation described below: I have created this summary table, and would like each cell to pull in the total (number) based on the other tables. This is for a magazine, the editions are listed along the top. We have two main sections in the publication (feature and non feature), with content and ads in each section. I would like to create a dynamic tally that shows the projected number of pages in each upcoming edition, based on the data in the other tables (content and advertisers). Each line in content table has dropdown fields for edition (21 - W18, 22 - Sp18 and so on), and section (feature or non feature). Yup, you just need to create a calendar view, share the calendar, copy the ical and then suscribe to this calendar with mac calendar, outlook calendar or google calendar. On the local calendar you can add “1 minute before” reminders. Working amazing for me and i can do “time blocking” with that :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: REMEMBER! However, whenever I do find old emails to friends, they transport me back into moments I’d long forgotten. So, I’m trying an experiment. What if I record my feelings during the day and occasionally add notes that will give my future self context? And what if I only select one of 5 emojis for my feelings - glad, sad, mad, embarrassed, bored, or afraid? Will I make this a daily habit with such a low threshold of commitment? And to make it easier, what if I automatically record the time, date, and weather? Will that give me more context in the future, without extra data entry work? Late last week, I published v 1.00 of my Wardrobe Manager base, with an update submitted this past Monday. Descended from an earlier project intended to inventory the 1,200+ items in a local photo/video studio’s collection, this version has been tailored for the individual who wants or needs a more structured approach to managing his or her wardrobe. Where my bases have more often tended to be a tactical solution for an immediate problem, Wardrobe Manager is my first attempt at writing an application in Airtable. As a result, it includes more robust error-checking and alerting capabilities, better supports customization and expansion, and is more thoroughly documented than my earlier efforts. (A standalone [documentation] table within the base contains five separate guides featuring, as of v. 1.01, some 80 pages of documentation.)

We are setting up AirTable to help track and approve Invoices on behalf of our clients. We are looking for help to build some checks into AirTable (or via Zapier or other) to make sure the invoice fits into the clients budget and that the client has approved the invoice before we export it to Xero. We will also need to get the client’s approval of the invoice and plan to use SMS for this. We have some of the database already built and some connections working using Zapier. We’re looking for someone familiar with AirTable and api’s. Some basic programming experience is essential.
