I’m creating an Airtable base to manage my digital agency, it currently helps us track the profitability of our Projects (Hours estimated, hours used, budget estimated, budget used, etc) The next step is to build something that can take these estimates for our projects and drive out a capacity forecast. We need some assistance with rolling up the hours estimated between the start and end dates for our projects, allocating those hours to our employees, and then visualizing how much capacity they have vs how many hours they have been assigned to. It’s just too complex for me to figure out on my own, being new to Airtable. Looking for a consultant that can help me build this out.

I have started organizing a global community of yoga teachers and teacher trainees. We are a digital marketing agency with experience building and integrating cloud-based apps but are new to Airtable. We are en environmental consultancy called EcoNomics, Inc. We work for several municipalities in California and ensure that they are in compliance with laws related to recycling. We are building a site audit tracking database that will be used to help set up new recycling programs in Orange County, CA. I have been building out this system in house and am starting to need expert advise. I’ve built out the system 90% of the way and just need help with best practices for data base management. From the raw data collected in the field, i’ve added some calculations in airtable to create what i’d call “key data points”, which in a perfect world would feed into a dashboard for our clients. I am looking for someone to create a simple Wordpress plugin. I need to pull Airtable records using the API and put them into an HTML formatted table, all wrapped in a custom [shortcode] that can then drop that table into any Wordpress page/post. I’ve been able to mess with a php function that pulls the specific records I want, however, moving forward to the table and shortcode are outside the scope of my ability. Key to this is the ability to filter records by a formula where {Field} = Wordpress Post Title. I have my database set for a particular field to match the specific titles of Wordpress custom post types. This should all be contained within a Wordpress plugin that also creates the shortcode. Hello! We’re helping a client build their marketing site, and we also want to help release an MVP using Airtable (I think). Overview: The app will match a “teacher” with “student”. Each party will receive an email introducing them, and encouraging the next steps. Everyone will register through the site; this is an easy part— to connect Typeform to Airtable to collect all the data. (2 forms: teacher form + student form) On the admin backend, the “matching” of the teacher and student will be done manually. The admin will manually select both parties from a list and click to send both parties the same HTML email that contains connection instructions. (one email send to both parties) So here are the questions… Is it possible to build functionality to select two rows (teacher & student) and fire-off a pre-formatted HTML email to these members? Hi all, I run a judo club and use Airtable to all store all membership information. Currently, taking the register can be a bit of an ordeal so I am looking to automate the process by letting members “check in” when they enter the club. Details: We have a REGISTER table which pulls in active members from the MEMBERS table. Each class is a separate column (e.g. Tue 21/09) which gets checked if the student is present. The goal is to have an iPad at the entrance to the club where students can “check in” by searching for their name on a web app. This would then update the relevant record in the REGISTER table. Hi all, I’m looking to have an attendee check-in system made. I began playing with things and just hit a huge brick wall on everything, so I’m interested in help. Details: We run a convention. Attendees pre-register using Eventbrite. They can also pre-purchase merchandise as an add-on to their tickets. We export the Attendee List from Eventbrite as a CSV file. Due to how Eventbrite works, we also export a completely separate CSV file for merchandise. The Attendee List is pretty straightforward and self-explanatory. The Merchandise List lists every item as a separate entry with a quantity. (So for example, if Jane Doe bought 1 Large Shirt, 2 Medium Shirts, and a Lanyard, there would be 3 row entries for Jane Doe with identical order numbers, one row listing Large Shirt with a Quantity of 1, one row listing Medium Shirt with a Quantity of 2, and one row listing Lanyard with a Quantity of 1. I am an attorney, and I have started an Airtable Base to track my clients, cases, hearings, and tasks. I have about 2000 open cases at any one time, and about 10 employees that need to be assigned tasks, so the Base, once complete, will be fairly large. Here are a few things I would like to be able to do with Airtable: Create “If this, then that” Logic for various functions in Airtable. Here are a few examples of things I would like to be able to do: If the “type of case” is a “credit card lawsuit,” then the user gets a certain set of fields to fill in. If the “type of case” is a “divorce,” then the user gets a different set of fields to fill in. If the “hearing result” (what happened at the hearing) is “reset for a later date,” then a certain set of tasks is generated. Very new to airtable so not sure if it is possible, but i was wondering if airtable could be used for consolidating uniform orders. eg we list available items in the uniform into a table eg polo shirt, jacket, business shirt etc and pictures and the available sizes. Then individual users can select the size and qty for each item type and airtable will consolidate the order. Am not sure on creating logins for dozens of different people in an organisation and restricting what they can see. i thought i saw something somewhere about sending an email from airtable and it allows them to just enter data in 1 line but i cant find it now in the overview of features (maybe i’m getting mixed up with another system). Hi I have a base that records appointments we obtain for our clients. It pulls linked data and sends out zapier emails and records calendar events plus sets up followup draft emails - and it works fairly well. I’d like to improve the functionality of the forms and organize the relational tables a bit better. Basically, clean it up and iron out a system that’s bug-free and easy to maintain.
