I’m looking for someone with in depth knowledge of Airtable that can help me redesign my main shared spreadsheet for my business. I run a transport business with over 50 lorries out daily, currently we’re split over multiple spreadsheets & asana but I’d like to simplify our workflow by bringing the administration department & sales into our main global programme. I’ve got as far as my knowledge of excel lets me and would like to see if Airtable could provide a solution. Hi I have a base that records appointments we obtain for our clients. It pulls linked data and sends out zapier emails and records calendar events plus sets up followup draft emails - and it works fairly well. I’d like to improve the functionality of the forms and organize the relational tables a bit better. Basically, clean it up and iron out a system that’s bug-free and easy to maintain. Our business is considering moving from FileMaker to Airtable. We are a digital media production business, with many (hundreds) contractors, clients, and jobs in many different diciplines. Hi, I’m a newish member of a six-person communication and marketing team, and we are interested in using Airtable for project management. I have used Airtable in the past and am fairly comfortable with it—the rest of my team does not have experience with it—but we are hoping to reduce the burden on any one staff person by working with an experienced outside consultant to get a comprehensive workspace set up. If we go this route, we’d first want to talk first about our needs and project goals (we’re based in Ann Arbor if there’s anyone local to us here), and get some help on the conceptual end before moving forward. Right now most of our stuff is housed in a bunch of different, unwieldy Google docs (and some sheets), and that works for just about no one. I’m like to score someone’s responses to a form, but don’t know where I’d start. For example, I have a row with three choices: rock, pop, and jazz. Depending on the choice you make on the form it then gives you a score. Say I choose rock and it gives me a score: ‘cool’. I’d then like to build on that with other choices. So the form might ask if I prefer CDs or records. I choose records, and it gives me an updated score linked to my original choice. I’m now ‘very cool’. Does that make sense? And is it possible?

I think this is a medium-easy task. I need three-four tables, that are interconnected for coordinating an event. The time table is short - next week or so. The budget is shorter - we are an all volunteer new organization. No data to worry about - just need to get the framework set up to put it into. I can make the various fields, but where I need help is with the linking. The main list is a list of exhibitors. Some are also on Tab 2 as speakers. Simple, right? Where I need help is in making it so if someone is added as a Speaker, they automatically get added to the Exhibitor list. Then I need to have a 3rd Tab - Sponsors, who also automatically get added to the Exhibitor list. There is a 4th Tab - one for the company. It would track the role and year, based on the above entered data. Example: At a glance can see that Acme participate in 2016 (Presenter, Exhibitor), 2017 (Exhibitor, Speaker) I need to have some way to repeat this in upcoming years - maintaining

I have built out a base that our marketing & communications team hopes to use for project management, editorial calendars, and eventually some analysis and reporting. I have the general outline in place, and have thought through many of the details (and the team has been using a version of it for a while now), but I need someone to carry the work through and make it better. We are a church diocese (a geographical grouping of churches) overseeing 45 church congregations and about 120 individual ordained clergy personnel and a similar number of individual lay church leaders within the 45 churches. We have created three bases representing the three areas of data management: 1) The Office of the Bishop or Diocese is the top level 2) the second base is Churches where all 45 congregations information is managed and 3) Clergy.where we track the 120+ individual clergy personnel. All of those three bases were created from Excel spreadsheets where we once tracked this information. I have two short term rentals-- and this year will be expanding to 6. I use several different platforms – Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway, etc. In order to manage all of these, I use a management software called Tokeet, which has APIs with all the major platforms and pulls in my bookings into a centralized calendar and also allows me to send out automated messages to guests. My ideal is to use Airtable to do this…or at least to have the Tokeet API connect with Airtable to bring in the data from that platform. Looking for someone who can help me with this.

I am the owner of a creative agency and we are looking to consolidate and streamline our current business management system. Currently, we are using multiple Google Spreadsheets, along with Harvest and Trello (and QBO, but we don’t need to mess with that). Our system works, but it is cumbersome and I know we could be more efficient with how it all works together. I have done a lot of research into Airtable and think it will be a great solution for pulling everything together into a more efficient system for myself and team to use, along with running Zapier (?) to automate how everything works. Hi, I’m trying to set up Airtable to help manage and organize my laboratory. We are a molecular parasitology research lab. Some of the tasks I’d like to use Airtable for are managing our supplies inventory, orders for new materials, chemical lists, freezer maps, bio-safety compliance documents, etc. Maybe lab results as well, though anything with PHI must be kept on our university’s cloud app. I could really use some help setting this up. I’m currently on the free trial, but I’d like to set up a functioning system before bringing it to the head of my lab for approval (if he approves we will move to one of the paid plans). I have a consulting business where I connect customers with our team of contractors. Each customer can purchase a different service package which may include multiple parts. I already have WooCommerce and Zapier connected to AirTable such that each new order results in a new line being added to AirTable and the relevant information is populated (name, email, order details, etc.). I’m now at the part where I want to automate the process of assigning contractors to customers and tracking their work completion.
