Post: 'Instituting quality control for AI models in your builds'
“For our use case, we determined GPT 4omini gave just as good results for the lowest price in Scoring and providing justification. However for detection, GPT was not good vs Claude 3.7 Sonnet (only). In the end we scrapped doing the AI detection piece as it was not entirely reliable. This study did highlight many great things for us. It was fast and easy to set up and test.”

🚀 Product Launch Recap

Catch up on the latest features that launched this month—built to save you time, streamline workflows, and unlock new use cases.

✅ Airtable Assistant

Transform how you build and interact with Airtable using our new conversational Airtable AI assistant. Check out the spotlight feature at the top of the newsletter for more information 👆

✅ Dynamic Filters on Computed Fields in Forms

Users can now apply dynamic filtering of linked records inside interface forms. If a linked record column has a dynamic filter on a computed field, such as a lookup or formula, then the records will be filtered based on those conditions inside interface forms. Users will only be able to select linked records that match the conditions. This provides a more consistent experience with the rest of interfaces.

Use cases:

  • Conditional intake forms
  • Department- or role-specific selections
  • Time-sensitive filters

✅ New Admin Roles: Brand, Integration, User

With new admin roles for Brand Admin, Integration Admin, and User Admin roles, Airtable empowers more precise delegation of administrative capabilities based on typical personas or tasks that may belong to one person or job function outside of the Super Admin. Improve your security posture, more granularly manage privileged access, and reduce the overall workload on your Super Admin(s).

  • Brand Admin: manages branding settings
  • Integration Admin: manage integrations and related settings
  • User Admin: manage users and their collaborations

Use cases:

  • Giving user provisioning and access management to IT or department leads
  • Delegate control of brand assets to design, marketing, or internal comms teams
  • Allow only technical or operations teams to manage critical integrations

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: 'Airtable No Code AI App Builder Certification' from Airtable! This is a great compliment to my existing 'Airtable Admin Certification' and Airtable Builder Certification'.
I also attended the Airtable Marketing User Group: The Future of Creative Ops this morning and learned a whole lot more about some exciting new features they have on the roadmap for this year.
It's very cool to see the impact AI could have on Creative Operations workflows in the short and long term, and how the team at Airtable are exploring ways to enhance the platform to take advantage of this technology.
Looking forward to digging in deeper and continuing to grow my skillsets in this ever expanding space!

Feels good. But this isn’t just a badge, it’s a reminder: You don’t need to be a dev to build something powerful. You just need the right tools, real curiosity, and a little bit of chaos to tame. To everyone in the no-code game: Keep building. Keep learning. And keep proving them wrong.

How useful has the new Airtable Assistant been for speeding up your workflow so far?

The “Airtable Effect” (as often discussed in product and startup circles) refers to how Airtable transforms complex, spreadsheet-based workflows into flexible, no-code databases that anyone can build and customize without engineering support. In many May ICYMI recaps, it’s highlighted as a case study in how modern SaaS tools empower teams to move faster by replacing rigid systems with adaptable, visual workflows—spanning project management, CRM, content planning, and operations. The broader takeaway is that Airtable’s approach has influenced a wave of “build-your-own-app” platforms, showing how simple interfaces layered over powerful data structures can significantly improve productivity and collaboration. Visit website for more details.

Really enjoyed this recap—there’s something fascinating about how tools like Airtable quietly reshape the way teams think and work. It reminded me how important it is to have structured, accessible information in any field, whether it’s business workflows or even something like Wayne court records that people rely on for clarity. The way you broke things down made it easy to connect the dots between features and real-world impact. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves in the coming months.

Really enjoyed this recap—great perspective on how tools like Airtable quietly reshape workflows over time. It’s interesting to see how flexibility and structure can coexist when used thoughtfully. I’ve noticed similar benefits when organizing public data through resources like Stark Court Lookup especially for keeping things streamlined and accessible. Looking forward to seeing how this trend evolves further.

The Airtable Effect is definitely helpful, especially for staying updated with new features, community highlights, and learning resources. One suggestion for future editions would be to include more real-world use cases or mini case studies showing how different users are applying Airtable in unique workflows. It would also be great to see step-by-step tutorials or quick tips for beginners. Featuring more community builds is a great idea, as it inspires others to experiment. For those exploring tools and engagement strategies, I also came across some useful insights on that website, which shares ideas on improving user interaction and content visibility in platforms.

Great overview of Airtable Assistant and how it streamlines data-driven work across teams.
It’s interesting how structured systems also play a big role in managing public legal information and case tracking. For example, resources like Court Records Online help organize and access essential case-related details efficiently. Tools like this really show how conversation-based interfaces are shaping productivity and information access.

Great roundup of updates and insights—really helpful for staying aligned with new features and workflows. One suggestion would be to explore how structured public data sources can complement Airtable-style organization for research and tracking tasks. For example, tools like Court Case Search Court Case Search can help reference legal records more efficiently during data aggregation projects.
This kind of integration mindset can really improve how information is collected and validated across systems.
