Hello all, our team would like to register an annual Pro plan on Airtable. However, one member will leave us after three months so we only want to add her to a monthly subscription. Is that possible or does Airtable apply annual billing for all?

I had previously been sharing links to publicly view various parts of my database, but after deciding to embed all of them into my website, the embeds don’t copy the sorting I have set within the database. I have seen several posts with different solutions on how to sync the bases two ways, but none really to fit what I hope to do. So I have this one base where our leasing officers are tracking our lease-ups with one “Status” field used to track the Status of the process. One of the status is “W9 Review”. I created a special view where it is synced to another base where our Property Owner Data Manager will review the W9 and mark approval or denial. [I want it to be another base because our Data Manager has other unrelated tasks on their base that I want to keep separate from the other department] So I synced the base to the other table and added another field where they can mark approve or deny and also an attachment field where they can put in a form or document. I want these two additional fields to be then sync back to the other base upon approval, update the original base Status from “W9 Review” to “W9 Approved” based off of the trigger/automation/script set by the approval status o

I’ve have a fairly broad range of data that’s been ongoing for many years now in Airtable. One thing I’ve always wondered however, is when I bucket working line charts (via the Chart App) into a Quarter Bucket value, the chart always draws blank. If I use either day, week, month or year, the chart fills as expected. What am I missing here? Month example; Quarter example;

I have a table for register tickets and expenses. Its too much faster to complete it from desktop, but when I arrived to my attach column, I want to upload a photo from the phone. So it´s a kind of hybrid way to complete the record. Do anyone know a way to achieve this? Like generating an automatic QR code that redirects directly to the upload popup from a record? I’m trying to create recurring records, the logic is as follows: I have a table with Field A and Field B Field A is a date. Field B is a calculated date one week from Field A’s date. When a record’s Field A is older than NOW(), I want to create a new record with Field A being populated with the date from Field B. Is there a way? Please note I’m not trying to update records, I need to keep the previous records and just create new ones based on the above rules.

I have a series of 7 onboarding tasks for new members of my virtual assistant mentorship program for them to complete. I have created the tasks as a template and then duplicate them for each new VA. The problem is that I have to duplicate each task individually. I can’t seem to find a way to copy 7 tasks at a time and duplicate all of them. Selecting and right-clicking doesn’t give this option nor does using CTRL C and CTRL V. Any thoughts?

Hi there, I am new to Airtable and just creating my first base. So need your help. We’ve created a content calendar on Google Docs which has a column where we’ve added all the images and embedded the videos/links/ So, is there a way I can import the sheet’s table as such and set the last column as Attachment? PS : I tried copy-pasting the content/table to Google Sheet but it’s not pasting/transferring the Images/videos. Hey! I was trying to group the weeks by the month, so like if I have a Date, I want to get the weeknum in which the date falls WITHIN that specific month only. Eg. - 1/6/22 - it should show as 1 - since it comes in 1st week of June. I read up and tried to use the following formula - MONTH(TODAY(WEEKNUM(NOW()))) However, its giving the output as 6(?!) I think its because its counting 26th May till 2nd June as a week. Is there any workaround to this please?

I have recently set up a form so that our customers can make booking based on available meeting times. Everything was working fine and suddenly the Time format on the form view has changed from DD/MM/YY hh:mm to yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.sssZ I am unsure why the format has changed and how to amend it back to the original. Hi All, Very new to AirTable! I would like assistance on the following: I would have made a formula for: if the single select field ‘major/minor’ is Major NC, then give a date 12 weeks from field ‘report date’, if minor NC, do nothing. and I see the correct results showing in that new column that I made. But I would just like the date to show dd/mm/yyyy but I am getting 2022-07-22T00:00:00.000Z for some reason? Also, it is not showing in the calendar view. I hope that makes sense!

Hello AT users - I’m wondering if anyone might have an idea on how I can solve an issue. I’ve got a base that has a table for Tasks Tasks are related to: webpages, video or photos. I have a table for webpages and a table for photos. I want to link each task to a webpage, video or photo but I’d like to have one field rather than 3 fields. So I was thinking I’d create a table “All content” that combines - webpages, videos and photos. The webpages & video tables are synced from other bases. Photos are added individually. The task table can link to records from the “All content” table. Airtable doesn’t let you sync tables in the same base - so I’m not sure how to create the “All content” table from the other 3 tables. Any suggestion on how to summarize 3 different tables - 2 of which are syncs from other bases into one? Or is there another way to have one field do a look up on 3 tables instead of 1 table? I am trying to create a formula that creates a unique ID number based on a concatonated value. Value should reflect year, customer number and the order number for that customer. It should look like this, YYYY-CustNo-OrdeNo. So the order for customer that we sight up in 2022 as the first customer of the year and makes their fifth order will have the following number 2022-001-005. I have already generated the Year and customer number from our accounting program, so I have the first two pieces. (2022 and 001) but I need a formula to generate the order number relative to the client. Can anyone help with some code or a reference to the knowledgebase? Thanks.

Hello everyone, I have a calendar for work where people have the chance to show up to multiple events throughout the year. I would like to have a multiselect with the names of the various events instead of just days to show up. I’d also like to for their name to show up in the calendar with the days associated with the event. Is this something I’m capable of doing with airtable?

If I place the cursor in a cell, then normally I can drag that cell up or down by clicking on and holding the little square at the bottom right and then moving it up or down, but sometimes when I move it up or down no other cells are selected. I just stay in the one cell. Same when wanting to select multiple cells. I can only select one cell. I genuinely don’t understand why this is happening. It is independent of the type of cells I’m working on. Cells that I can drag one day are no longer draggable the next. I’ve turned Sorting on and off. I’ve tried refreshing the screen. I’m sure I’m overlooking something very obvious… but what?

A button field is appended in a synced table. What I would like to do is that once a user clicks the synced record’s button field it will update the source record based on other appended fields in the synced table. Is this possible? Maybe a script attached to the button field can do it.

It sucks that every other CRM comes with a dialer/ chrome extension to hook up with the CRM to call numbers with Twilio / Plivo dialer except Airtable.

Hi, I’m trying to send 17 records to an email of a collaborator - and to myself - but we’re both not receiving anything, and it’s not in junk mail. I’m highlighting records and right clicking and then ‘send all selected records’ From what I’m reading this should be possible on the free version as I’m sending to a colleague that is part of my team. Can anyone let me know where I’m going wrong?

Hello people! I am trying to setup a table which will contain reminders for when I want to connect with my clients. Basically, I want to setup weekly/fortnightly/monthly reminders based on day of the week. Like so - Weekly - Thursday, Monthly - 1st week Friday, Monthly - 3rd week Tuesday Now, the reminder should be mailed to me like this - Daily reminder - Based on the given day (weekly and monthly) Weekly reminder - All reminders in that week Monthly reminder - All reminders with Monthly frequency I’m feeling very confused as I’ve hit my brain on this for few hours wondering how to make it work. I have read lots of support posts and docs as well, and have given up now. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like the user to be able to schedule with the google calendar. I have created an automation on airtable so that every time an event is created on the google calendar, it creates a row in airtable. But this solution is not very good because it requires a lot of automation to manage the synchronization. Has anyone managed to do this differently? thx

I have a database of incoming groups with all the pertinent data such as group name, arrival/departure date, #rooms held, # rooms picked up, room rate, # guests, contract attachment. I need to present to my hotel managers a summary of specific information including attachments every two weeks so that they are prepared for incoming groups. What is your suggestion of an app or the best way to do this? Thank you. Emily
