I need to create a graph/chart which will only show records within a specific date range and based on 25 topics. I may want to only show 10 topics on the graph.

Hello, I am working on a shared table with 3 other collaborators. Collaborator A made changes to information, but only Collaborator B is able to see these changes - Collaborator C and myself are unable to see the changes. We are all usually able to see each others’ edits and we did not change any settings. We’ve refreshed our pages numerous times and have logged out and back in, but nothing seems to help. Any advice on how us 2 can see the new edits? Thanks!

Hi! In Calendar View, any event that I have starting at 5:00pm or later, is showing up on the day * after * the date entered in the record. Please see images. You can see I have events records with date/time fields entered at 6:00pm on 9/1 and 9/8, and that the events are displaying on the calendar on 9/2 and 9/9. Ideas?

I’m designing a page with several Long/Rich text fields that are stacked vertically on each other. The length of the text in some of these fields is greater than others and it appears that the size of the display field is fixed and not responsive to the length of the text. Is this correct, or is there a setting to make the field display a size responsive to the length of the text?

Does having many many tables in one base lead to performance issues like slow loading times? I understand some users experience slower loading as they near the records limit, but I haven’t found anyone facing problems due to having many tables in a single base. I would like to send out a view of a base for a variety of music artist to inform me if they are AVAIL or NOT AVAIL or MAYBE on a particular date. I don’t want artists to see other artists I am asking the same. In google sheets I have it set up like this for my view - where I see all artists names and their availability. In left column I have dates: Friday, Jan 1 Sat, Jan 2 Sun, Jan 3 Across the top first row I have artist names: NAME 1, NAME 2, NAME 3, etc. The google sheet grid then provides me with a view of all dates and all artists available or not available. I do this manually, and would like to send a SHARED VIEW to artist managers without them seeing other artist names, AND I would like them to simply input by drop down or check box - AVAIL, NOT AVAIL, or MAYBE Can this be done with airtable by sharing a link but giving recipient ability to input AVAIL or NOT AVAIL without making them collaborators? I’m building a database for brokering products. I have a lot of offers and requests. I built a form where I can look up offers (in one table) or requests (in another table). Users are supposed to select an offer OR a request from a drop-down menu (lookup) in the form. However, when I look at the form in the edit mode, it shows all the information for each entry in either the offer or request table. When I activate the form, however, all I see is the name/number of the offer/request, but none of the additional information. I also can’t search by any other fields. This should be rather basic, but - I just can’t fix it.

I’m a real estate agent and discovered airtable over 1.5 years ago and it has changed my level of productivity, I literally use it every single day. Just recently I was pointed towards an add-on app called Stacker that allows me to turn my airtable into a real estate app and it’s already become very impactful in a matter of days. I am excited to see how Stacker grows and I see massive potential here. I would be curious to hear from other airtable users - have you found other add-on apps that plug into airtable and have massively increased sales, productivity and efficiency in your organization? Didn’t records in a Timeline block used to stack to avoid overlapping like this? It’s been a while since I used the Timeline block, but I swear when I used it before, the records stacked so that you could actually read the labels when they were condensed like this. What happened? Am I doing something wrong in the way I set it up that is causing them to stay on the same plane?

Hi, I have two Airtable accounts, and try to migrate one table to another account. However, views are showing differently under two accounts. This is very annoying and can not be configured by me so far. See Attached 1 and 2. I want it to show as Att2.

How might I allow an end user to be presented only with the records in a base table that fit their requirements? When searching items on Amazon, newegg, and other shopping sites, on the left are a series of ‘refinements’ where you select attributes like color, size, and price, and the list shortens as you apply the refinements. I don’t necessarily need the dynamic sort (click an attribute, list automatically shortens) that some sites have, just a form where the user selects the options they want, clicks submit, and the results appear. Can I do this with an Airtable Block or maybe Typeform?

Hello, I want to get daily summary of records from Airtable to Slack channel. I tried it by Append Entry and Schedule Digest, but it doesn’t work. I also tried instructions from your Airtable blog, but in the Record field I can’t see Use a Custom Value.

I just discovered that the URLs used for attachments appears to be public and accessible/downloadable without a login to airtable, even for tables that are not shared For example, the following URL is to an attachment in an non-shared table, but is viable wherever I put the URL in, and presumably you can open it too: https://dl.airtable.com/.attachments/81cfc19904f7d8aea2f5e62e0584f1a7/459869a8/TESTDOCUMENT.txt This public URL was pulled from the “Download CVS” cvs export file. Furthermore, when I delete an attachment and clear the trash, the link is still live. So here are my urgent questions: How do I make my attachments secure? PLEASE HELP a big part of our process is around importing specific records that are written like this: “THIS | IS | AN | EXAMPLE” … and just recently it now breaks that single record into THIS, IS, AN, EXAMPLE… which is a nightmare to have to debug. It will cost us MANY hours to have to go back and change our naming conventions across all of our campaigns. Is there a way to decide what will or will not split a record into an array upon uploading? I knew “,” did it but “|” seems to be brand new… PLEASE HELP! PS I tested with copy and pasting, which works fine (very odd) but again, we need the upload functionality to find and replace duplicate records :confused: Hope to hear from you guys soon!

Should that person compulsory have an airtable account’ Caan I work at the same time? Hi there! So I’ve recently started to work with Airtable and now tbh I’ve stucked in one place. So as an initial model i’ve decided to use the CRM template. In my opportunities table I wanted to add functionality which will allow three of my team members to rate/assess the opportunity. Sure, i can make three separate fields (rating fields) but it will not look good (as I will need to create fourth one for the average). So my question is - how to do it via separate table? My initial thought was to create new table (let’s call it Scoring) where the first column is a formula-based average, next three are rating fields and somehow i need to add there a list of my opportunities from the first (opportunities table). But i have no idea how to do it. Any tips on that? Because when I do it this way, on my opportunities table in a single row after double click i see all other row ratings, which is weird…

How do you show different views when you expand a card vs in preview mode? This is specifically for the gallery view. For example, I want to show fewer fields in the preview of the card and more fields when you click to expand that specific card. Also, if a field doesn’t have info, is it possible to create a filter that removes unanswered or empty fields?

Hello, My download to CSV just doesnt work. For some reason my file type is fixed at (.) all files and as such, I can’t import the file back into a new base. I have no idea why, i’ve done this several times before with no issue. Airtable isn’t allowing me to save the file as a .csv once I click download. Screenshot attached: TIA for any help!
