What is the proposed idea/solution? Add a new field called Rate—a number/currency column that can add a suffix (custom field) such as a unit. Same as how the Currency field works, where we can add a custom prefix, but this one adds a custom suffix. Additionally, we should still be able to format them (integer, decimal, currency). What is the proposed idea/solution? Currently there's no easy no-code way to build an Interface which allows you to select multiple records from a list and then manipulate the data thereafter. How does is solve the user problems? For example, we're building an Invoice/PO management system which requires us to Approve multiple invoices at once from a list. Currently, the only workaround we have is to manually have a Status dropdown for each row which is individually changed. Then we have a single select record picker looking ugly at the bottom of the page, just to enable a Button to have an automation (even though it's in no way connected to the record picker's displayed record) which then runs our automation based on the status field. User/collaborator fields are kind of a hot mess. It shows 100% of all users, including deactivated users, as options to select. What is the point of user groups if we can't make this a feature to limit options based on a user group? This would allow us to setup multiple user fields for a project and allow each team to manage their team assignments, with only a list of those options on their teams. Then using kanban or timeline view, you would be able to see only the lanes/groups of those in your team for workload balance, etc. Currently when a user selects a user field, they see 100's of users to choose from. And even worse, in a kanban view they see lanes for all 100's of users. Not even an option to limit by only users with projects assigned. So unless you have an extremely small number of collaborators the kanban view is useless for using collaborator field. ... View more

What is the proposed idea/solution? To add a configuration to the List and Grid elements on Interfaces that allows us to transpose the data in the source table. This enables us to present financial data in conventional way where Months, Quarters or Years are column headers in the interface presentation while the data is tied together in rows in the database (for calculations etc).  How does is solve the user problems? It extends the usability of Interfaces to enable conventional financial table views. How was this validated?       It would be helpful to be able to increase the right-hand width of the Automation List Panel Window. I am currently using a Mac laptop and a Chrome Browser and this is as far as I can move the right-hand panel boundary to the right.   The inability to increase the Automation List Panel window interfers with my ability to view a complete list of all the Automation Names & Descriptions at one time and makes organizing and using my automations much more complicated and time consuming than it should be.   Instead of just looking down a complete list of my automations with their whole names visible, I have to tap on the individual automation so the complete name appears in the middle Automations Build Panel.       I have the option to turn off the Automation List panel while I am working on the Automation Build (which is nice, but frankly unnecessary most of the time).   It is, however, necessary for me to see my complete list of automations for each base. This helps me better gauge which automations may no longer be needed, and how often an automation runs. The ability to look at my Automation List at one time completely helps me build more efficient workflows.   It would also be nice to have a total list of automations created summary line at top, and how many total automations my base as left as part of its plan.   Thank you for your consideration. ... The issue We're working with list views that show a lot of numeric data for each record. When scrolling down, the header row moves up along with the records, so it immediately disappears from view and all numbers (which don't have any horizontal separator either) become a big blur of numbers.    What is the proposed idea/solution? It would be great if there would be options to: Enable a sticky header Show a subtle vertical line to separate columns Color or otherwise format columns   How does is solve the user problems? There is not currently an option to add a generic search bar to a custom interface page.  The only option is to have different filter options How does is solve the user problems? It would give users the abilty to search multiple different fields without having to make sure they are typing matching text in the correct filter option How was this validated? Appreciate the ability to bold, italicize, and strike through text in long text fields, and to format as headings, numbered or bulleted lists, etc.  It would be very helpful to be able to highlight text as well, or at least change the color of the text. Change in text color, at least, must be possible as hyperlinked text appears in light blue.  Our particular use case is a shared legal research database, where our long text field is the notes each lawyer takes on each case.  It would be very useful to other researchers to see highlighted passages.  We currently use bold text, but it doesn't really stand out in a helpful way.
