Background We have a backend base and have various interfaces for certain stakeholders. There are two collaboration issues I am running into 1) linking to a record and 2) commenting within a record. Linking to a record in an email automation. When a new ticket comes in an automation runs to send an email to the relevant stakeholder. One feature of the automation is to link to the "Airtable Record URL." If the stakeholder only has interface access, not base access, the link only brings them to the base, not the interface. Commenting within a record. When commenting in another user, who only has interface access, the user receives an email. When that user clicks the link in the email it goes to a black page. This should navigate them to their interface view and the comment should appear. What is the proposed idea/solution? Linking to a record in an email automation should bring users who only have interface access to the interface, not the base. Commenting in a user with interface access only, should bring them to the interface and not to a page where they request access to the base. How does is solve the user problems? This prompts them to request access and does not bring the stakeholder to the interface to view the record. Is there a way to link to the record within in the interface? How was this validated? We have tested and there does not seem to be a way to link to the record only within the interface and not the base. Who is the target audience? Those users who may only have interface access and not base access. Thank you. Eljay
