Airtable Table Option - Move Field Issue: When there are many Fields in a Table it becomes difficult to move Fields using the available options View: Grid Add the ability to move a selected column to a designated location. In the Field extra settings menu from the Field header, add the option to move field. The button is way to small in the mobile app, impossible to click on first try, sometimes need to click 10 times to hit it. It’s not a problem with the application or iOS or Android but the close button is too small. The issue is on iOS (iPad mini smaller screen than iPad) and maybe also Android, don’t know.) See picture.

In my database (Architecture), The information I need the most is within the summary of a Group Category, rather than each individual record. In this context, the limit of 3 levels of grouping falls short in dealing with all variants of my framework. This limitation ends up producing too many views with filters to isolate the information needed (way above 50 views). WISHED FEATURE: 5 Layered Group Category This really would transform the processing power of my database.

I have 15 different views in a single table and will duplicate the table 4 more times. In each table I just need to change one filter and it would be amazing if I could do a search through the views for a specific setting and change 1 single value, instead of having to go through 45 views and manually change it.

Currently within a view if you delete a filter you then need to set the entire thing up again to get it back. It would be handy in many situations to be able to ‘pause’ a filter. This would allow a single view to hold various commonly used filters and you would be able to turn them off and on as you’d like, rather than having to set up entirely new views for each individual filter combination.

Hello, We want to be able to search within attachments (word/ppt/pdf), similarly to typing a keyword in dropbox or google drive and getting results based on the presence of that word or phrase. PDF to text conversion is not a great solution for us since we have upwards of 3000 records and each record contains 2 attachments on average. Has anyone found a working solution?

I started using airtable for my startup but I got my “real job” to adopt the table too. I don’t want to have sign out and sign back in. I wish I could more easily just switch user accounts without signing out of one.
