Hi guys, I'm new to web development and i'm trying to use a serverless function to fetch data from airtable. The fetch function works fine before, but this morning when I check my application it shows `isAxiosError.js:10GET http://localhost:8888/api/products 500 (Internal Server Error).`I used API Key before for the authentication but I have already changed the API key to personal token. However, it still not working for my project. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello guys,our client has this issue from a couple of days. He has (a lot, I know) of unread notifications but whenever he tries to click on the notifications' button he keeps getting en error which I've attached below.We've already tried to delete cache and cookies, nothing happened. Tried on a different pc, same error.Anybody can help us?Thanks

Hi,I am having an issue to match the airtable-content-mac from the header with the one I computed following the instructions from the documentation .

I have 2 different bases, extensions and 10 day. I want in the 10 day base to have a field that can check and see if that record also exsists in the extensions base. If it does it says exsists or doesn’t exsist. ‘is this at all possible?is there an easier way to achieve this?

I'm using pre-filled forms in an automation to update a value in the Main table. (The form of course creates a new record in the Updates table.) The update form that works is updating a Single Line text field in the Main table, with a value coming from a Single Line text field in the Updates table.Where I'm have trouble is when the fields to update in the Main table are either a Date field or a Single select field. In those instances, the target field in the Main table does not get updated, and is now empty.I guess there's a compatibility problem with differing field types. I tried making the field type in the Update table Date fields or Single select fields (with the selectable items in its drop-down.)I get this error in the automation:H

I would like to limit the number of rows created in a table. I am planning to have a limited data entry period with 100 users where each user can only put in 10 rows of data. How would I achieve this with Airtable?

I'm setting up an interface that will serve as a dashboard to show my time overall client financial info. I used rollups so all the data would be in one table which will allow people viewing the dashboard to only use on filter to filter by client. The only problem I'm running in to is I would like to have the interface say "The client was last invoiced on RECENT DATE" I tried using a max() formula in a rollup column. The problem I'm having is that it's returning 2/29 as the most recent date when I have dates from this week, first week of March. How can I make sure it's actually showing the most recent date?

If there are options in a drop down menu (example Quiz or Test), start dates are entered by user, can I add a new column with a formula that detects the word 'quiz' or 'test' in the previous column and add an end date automatically based on the word? A quiz is 3 days after start date and a test is 6 days after start date for example. Appreciate any insight.

Hi, I am having trouble connecting to the Airtable Library from Google App Script. Google App Script is asking me for a Script ID but I don't seem to be able to find one. I am also confused by the replacement of the Airtable API with PAT which I equally am unsure how to use. Any help would be very useful. I am a bit of a novice. I'm fairly new to Airtable, so sorry if I'm asking something that is too obvious.I'm thinking about building a prototype for a tool where I use Airtable to store Data via forms, the idea is that the users can "create" a color by giving the values for RGB or HEX, they get a preview of the color and after they commit, the color is stored with the record. It should be a DB of materials for Architectural Visualization, so these colors are the base to configure a material.Is it possible to do something like this with Airtable or I'm in the wrong place here?

Everything works except when I try to send the automated email the Salesperson field is not inputting their email and the configuration is not allowing me to select email. I have tried on numerous occasions to cut data from excel and past into Airtable table but keep getting an error.  It is a rather big table but I have done the same operation with earlier data and had not issues.  What:s going on?  See error message below

Hello, I have an automation to send an email everytime a record is updated. The team will go in and make multiple edits at a time and they would like to receive one email at the end of each day with the updates, rather than receiving 20 emails in one sitting. When I try to schedule an email, it doesn't let me reference back to the "updated record" that I need. But trigger by "when an update is made" doesn't seem to allow me to batch emails. Any ideas?

Hi, I want to create an automation that updates "Table B" when a new record is created in "Table A""Table A" contains customer information; some are new customers, some are returning customers. Returning customers will have multiple records, new customers will only have one."Table B" is linked to "Table A" and has a rollup field which identifies the most recent record for each customer.Each time a new record is created in "Table A" I want it to link to an existing record in "Table B" if it is a returning customer, or create a new record in "Table B" for new customers. The end result will be multiple customer information records in "Table A" showing all entries for each customer and one record per customer in "Table B" showing only the most recent entry.I'm sure this is straightforward but each time I try I just end up with a new record in "Table B" for each new record in "Table A."Please can someone help?Thanks

Hi,For one base we have created automations with Slack and email updates for stakeholders, where we want to show thumbnails of images (within an attachment field) in those updates. I only get those attachments as url's linking to the image, but I really would like to have those images as thumbs in those updates because it will clarify a lot in those updates.I already looked into the display option as shown below, but when I switch to thumbnail, it gives me an error message. So i'm kind of lost with this.Can someone help me in fixing this? Thank in advance!

I'm trying to make an automation that will update a field to say if a step is Completed, In Progress, or Not Started based on four checkbox fields.I'm able to get the field to correctly state when it's not started (when none of the checkboxes are checked) and when it is in progress (when any of the four checkboxes are checked) but I can't seem to overwrite the "In Progress" option when all four checkboxes are checked. I understand why this is happening as technically even if all four boxes are checked the conditions for "In Progress" are met but is it possible to have this condition not be active if all four of the checks are present. Or is there a way to have sequential automations so it could first check if all four checkboxes are checked and if not only then look to see if it's "In Progress"?I'm very new to automations so I figure there's a way to do this so any help would be greatly appreciated. 

We use a daily report of hours worked (we manage all our timesheets via airtable) that is based on Finding Records from the day before (or 3 days before on Mondays). My goal is to be able to title that report (which is created to Google Docs and then shared with admin) with the date for which the timesheet was generated (today is the 8/30, but the timesheets in question will be from 8/29). Is there a way to only reference one of the records for this purpose instead of inputting the whole string from ‘Make a new list of… Field values’? Any suggestions on how to get the right date in the title without repeats would be great, thanks!

I’ve been researching the community board for posts on exporting attachments while preserving their association to the correct column (field) and row (record). Is it correct that: as of December 2020, AirTable does not support this behavior directly however, there are third party integration tools which serve this purpose ? If AirTable doesn’t do this directly, it seems like a very significant defect/omission in the product. Thanks for any guidance on this topic.

Hi,I'm trying to set up an automation that generates tasks with due dates. For example, when I create a project with an overall due date in a "projects" table, I plan to create a record in the "tasks" table with individual tasks and due dates calculated from the project due date.So, I'm trying to get the task to calculate its own due date based on the "Send Date" field in my Projects table. I have the following formula that isn't working.I have also tried -21, "days", and a few other solutions others have seen, but I continue to get an error that says "Could not convert string to date" -- any ideas? 

Hi, I created a form in airtable so people could populate their information directly for me into my grid view. However when I sent the form, people had to ask for access - which access do I grant them? And they were asked to create an account - I did not select ' see who submitted a response to the form' at the bottom so not sure why this has happened. I have made everyone an editor but am now being told that I have too many editors for the free plan. Have been looking around but there seems to be no simple answer to this? Thanks, Lucy

I see this question has been asked and answered before Airtable updated their plans/billing structure, so checking in to see if anyone might have a solution.When creating a "send email" automation, I'm getting this message: On your billing plan, you may only email collaborators with verified emails. Contact your workspace administrator to upgrade.We are on the team plan and I confirmed in the documentation (https://support.airtable.com/docs/send-an-email-action) that I should be able to "email 100 unique non-collaborator email addresses per day."Any ideas why I'm running into this and how to fix it?Thanks!
