We use QR codes and print labels using the QR codes.  However, Make cannot access the QR code anymore due to the URL's no longer working.  This happened once last week, and then was resolved.  Is anyone else experiencing this?We rely on the QR code URL and this is breaking down our entire business functionality since we can't process any new items until this is resolved.I click the URL and see 'The link you're trying to visit is not available. Please visit our support center for more information.'

A few months ago we found the "over limits" alert in our workspace, after doing an analysis we determined where our over limits attachment came from, we would like to find a way to move all the records with their attachments to another base and delete them from the origin database without losing the attachments

Thanks in advance to everyone.I'm wondering how can I create a formula which allows me to know if an event has ocurred the past week, but I don't want the event of the past 7 days, I really need the past week. For example: if today is wednesday I want to know what had happened between the monday and the sunday of the past week.I have done it by this formula: IF(DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(NOW(), 'Europe/Madrid'), 'W')-1={EVENT WEEK}, 1, 0), but the problem with this formula is that it is not going to work the first week of the year, because, obviously, that is the 1st week and the last week is 54 so the formula

I have two data tables;Table 1 has records with "recommended zip codes" these zip codes are in a single delimited fieldTable 2 has a data table with zip codes and corresponding populationsUltimately I just want to find the total population for all zip codes listed in the single field (even within an interface)I can see this being solved in two different ways:a formula to recognize each separate value stored in the same fieldsome way to separate all the separate zip code values into distinct columns within the same recordAny ideas on how to solve for either of these? 

I am looking at to allow users to edit data stored in airtable, without being airtable users. I know how I can do this with form, or with mini extension but I am looking for a solution that would allow user to see all the data in a table, and be able to update the table directly. I have a way to make this happen with a sync between google sheet and airtable, with Make, but I am wondering if there is something else I could do here, more direct. Thanks for your help!

I am back looking for support with a formula to return a date based on a "created" date and a variable.So far I've been trying to get an IF statements with a DATETIME_FORMAT included to work, but I'm making no progress...My Goal: Create a column that shows an Estimated Pickup Date which is either 11 days after the created date, or 6 days after the created date if the "rush" checkbox is ticked.This is what my columns look like:Any brilliant minds out there who can point me in the right direction?Thanks in advance!Devon

I'm trying to create an inventory management base. I have two products that use several parts to make. I want to be able to enter the quantity when I buy the parts, and then when I manufacture, have those numbers subtracted from the quantity of each part.So product COF01 uses 1 jar, 1 lid, and 1 desiccant with 70 grams of coffee. I don't know how to get the 1000 quantity manufactured to translate back to deducting 1000 pieces from each part and then 1000x70 from the coffee product.In my products table, I don't know if I can list all the supplies in one field or if each piece needs it's own field.I feel like this should be simple but I'm completely stalled.

Is it possible to create conditional views of events in Calendar View?I'm trying to build a publicly-accessible calendar of events. Some events are open to the public. Others are private. For private events, I want to limit the information about the event (just showing that something is taking place on a date during a specific timeframe so it's known that time is unavailable). For public events, I'd like to show information about the event (I have Event Title and Event Description fields in my table).So there are two overall goals:Show all events so that viewers know those times are unavailable to rentFor public events, show some details about the event.

Hello, everyone, This is my very first attempt at using Airtable, and my first question here. My name is Rosane, and I am a programmer. We are moving our processes into Airtable, and I expect to have lots of questions coming up. I have watched several tutorials, but am not finding the answer to my current question. I need to count records in a base, and only display groups that have 9 or fewer records. I grouped my base and collapsed all so I see the counts, but I can’t figure out how not to show all counts. Hi folks, I am trying to create a calendar view (interface), where it would show events from my connected Google calendar but also events from the table of events I have created in my base, so essentially two sources of information. I found a way how to do it, but I do not find it ideal / satisfactory. I created a table with events in "base A", then I created second "base B" where I synced google calendar events. Then I synced table from base A into the table in Base B and created a calendar interface on top of base B. But this means I have two based with my events and I would like to have them in one. What it means is that I have:BASE A with calendar where I can add / edit events from airtable baseBASE B where I have calendar view with google calendar and also events from BASE A, but cannot edit them or add new because that is only in enteprise package, which I do not have  Is there any way how to show/sync 2 tab

Hello. I have two information bases which from I plan to create a project. The first base is a list of equipments. The second one is a list of template rooms, each room has own list of equipments, equipment is a link to the first base and it has a multiple choice for equipment. My plan with a project to create rooms and link it with template room from rooms base and get list of equipment by vlookup. My problem is one row for each room in destination and list of equipments just in one cell. Is anyway to get common table to transform multiselect field of equipments to several rows for each kind of it? Desired result in attachment. 

I am the owner of a workspace with pro licens and I want a user to be able to add values for selected records but nothing else. After some time I want to lock the values. Can this be done? In a base there is a table that allows only creators to create/delete records. The table contains sensitive data in a specific field. A view of the data filters out, say, data belonging to March and is named “march-data”. The view is locked A user with permission “Editor” is granted edit permissions in the specific field. The user can now add values in the specific field in the march-data view — great! But The user can go to the filter and “duplicate as personal view”. Hi, I have some data I have collected from 2 separate clients I have done work with throughout the past couple of years. Is it possible to create 2 separate tables that  pull the information from the original created table and separate them into the 2 separate tables ?The goal is to be able to continue adding data to the original table but it that will automatically update the other 2 tables. The 2 table data's with be shared with each specific client and I don't want them to see their competitors project informationHopefully that makes sense. Hi everyone - I feel like there should be an easy, elegant solution to this challenge, but I can't figure it out nor find a similar solution that applies and it is driving me nuts.I have a personal expense transactions table with some basic fields: date, expense, category, person, account, etc. I have a Budget Month field that I populate manually to tag and group transactions to a monthly time period, though I can probably do this with a formula (?).There is a 2nd table "budget summary" that attempts to summarize the Expense Transactions table by Budget Month AND by person. I was able to create a link to all the transactions for the Budget Month, then individual roll-ups for each category. I was able to do the same by person on a separate table.However, I cannot figure out how to filter/roll-up by Budget Month AND person. If I apply a filter to the person field (person = x), it filters out all transactions since it sees the person as a combinati

I have a product that expires in one year. If they purchase an upgrade, it extends the expiration another year. The records are added individually to Airtable. How do I say IF this email address has product A, check to see if it also has product B in another record?

Hello! I am trying to figure out a formula to help me calculate a score for a multiple select field. For example, I have 6 different issues to choose from. If they select “no issues” I want the score to be “20”, if they select 1 of the issues, I want the score to be “5”, and if they select 2 or more of the issues, I want the score to be “0”. One of my workspaces is showing 1.3GB / 1GB Attachment space used, so I deleted some Photoshop files that I don't need in there (as I have them saved in DropBox) and it's still showing up as 1.3GB / 1GB Attachment space. Why won't it refresh with the new, correct attachment space number?

I have spent conservatively 3 hours reading posts and watching videos on linking records, lookup fields, etc. It seems that an enormous number of Airtable users are facing something similar - the need to automatically relate to tables but pulling data from one into the other. I have two tables, (Table 1) A table of submitted results/answers and (Table 2) A table that pairs each potential answer with a "response." So as a new record is created in Table 1 (through API with Typeform) with user email and user ID, the answers are now available in Table 1 - and each answer has an empty field next to it for a "response." I want Airtable to take each "answer", look it up in Table 2, and return the "response" - populating it in the designated field adjacent to each "answer" in Table 1. I cannot do this manually, where I create a link and then go clicking plus signs, finding the answers etc. I need this to just happen. I have a table that contains subscription dates using the date field. I’m trying to create a new grid view with a filter that just shows dates that fall into the current month. Seems simple, but I can’t figure it out. I can see how I can use the “is on or after” and “is on or before” operators, but I’d have to manually enter the dates each month. Am I overlooking a setting or is my ask more complicated than I assume? Thanks!
