Hi! We are using Airtable more and more, but we have 2 projects that need someone who knows how to do a lot more with what Airtable offers. Project #1 - Level of Effort - Updating, Approving, and Sharing with multiple people. Currently we use an Excel Form (one form per person) that contains various types of information — employee name, employee supervisor, employee salary, reporting time period (quarterly or every 6 months), budget #s, budget descriptions, and the percentage allocated per month to each budget #. Every month must total 100%. And budgets also have start and end dates. Once this information is entered, it needs to be sent to the employee, the supervisor, the finance analyst, and sometimes a unit head. The supervisor needs to approve, then the analyst, then a unit head if applicable. If changes are made, the review process must start all over. Would love to run reports/views that identify those

You can set up this ability in a matter of seconds starting today. The new editing functionality opens up an infinite amount of new possibilities with Softr and we can’t wait to see what you come up with. To give you a quick overview of this new functionality we have put together two short tutorial videos which you can check out below. I am arranging 10 separate small group meetings for our CEO. I’m using Airtable to set up the sessions and send people to a form that allows them to select one of the meetings to attend. The meeting attendance is capped at 15. That part works okay. The problem I’m running into is how to send an email acknowledgement correctly confirming their date and time, and an Outlook invitation with the .ics info that will correctly drop it into their calendar. I’m trying to use Integromat to add the email portion and the calendar function but none of the date / time info is correctly rendering, no matter what I do. Need to get this out the door by tomorrow and I’m at a bit of a loss. Anyone have any expertise in this area who would be able to help me resolve this?

Hi all! I am interested in using Airtable to track my personal finances/budgeting. I built a simple database to do this that requires me to copy and paste over transactions manually from all of my various accounts, which is cumbersome. I would much rather have a system that could pull down the transactions automatically. Obviously, this involves sensitive personal data, so I would want a consultant in the US who had experience working with clients using such data and could figure out a way to build trust and minimize data exposure risk. Hello, I have a small amount of experience writing Airtable scripts within the context of the Airtable automation “Run-Script” action. For example, I’ve written an automation Run-Script which automatically deletes whatever record triggered the automation. However, what I need to do now is a little more complex, and is crucial to my overall goals, so I want to make sure and get it right. I know it is not a big project, but I would be happy to pay someone to write the needed script for me. Hi All I’m building an app with Adalo using Airtable as my database. I have, as of now, 1 base with two tables, users and products. A product can have many users and a user can have many products. Obviously there is a linked field connecting Users → Products and it’s a multi-select linked field (a product can have many users). I’m trying to “add” a user or “append” a user to the user array through the airtable API (PATCH) and each time I get something to work, I can only get it to overwrite the current user in that table as opposed to adding a new user. Any thoughts on what I’m missing here? Thanks!
