I am looking for a creator to start our Airtable CRM and Custom Product Production schedule. We are a business with only 2 employees but multiple decoration parts and need assistance in creating a incoming inquiry > production job > all production steps w/order statuses > finished ready to delivery > delivered to customers with a follow up thank you for your order type email please leave a review. We have industry specific software available but it lacks in several areas and I think Airtable fills my specific needs better. Also want to know if a base can send generated emails after an order status has been changed to the next step, but only some steps need customer notification. {ie can we send a customer a proof of a project, then get proof approval inside Airtable via a check box or something - not sure}. Thought it would be a great time to post another update on Destiny Search Project and our use of Airtable. For those that do not know we posted this original post when we first started using Airtable in 2016. Well, we have continued working on updating the system continually. We are now in Alpha Testing of our newest version (4.5 now!) With the addition of some of the beta features, and now including Blocks, we have really made some big changes. The biggest change is that we have now used embedded forms on our website to create a very easy to use interface for volunteers. We went with forms as when we have active searches we have many “staff” that come and go with very few permanent team members. We didn’t want to have to manage adding, removing, and training volunteers daily (sometimes hourly) so used forms to develop an easy to learn the system. Hello! i’m looking for someone that can help me build out airtable, for our custom screen printing shop. I’m currently looking to use Zapier to push a notification from our invoicing software to airtable, whenever there is a new project. So let’s say we have a new custom apparel project. That would get pushed to our custom apparel base. We’d like that to create a line item where it notates the following, in the first static field: Invoice - Project Name When expanding the box, we’d like there to be different fields that would allow us to type information for this project, for each department (i’m imagining this info would be displayed on linked tables). So we could put information in each field, for the staff in that particular department to work on. Staff could then filter what they are seeing on their table, to only show the work for their department, where management could get an overview of everything. Hello! I am an special education teacher working as a independent contractor in early intervention. I need help creating a base to manage my caseload of 30 clients. An outline of my workflow is below: -Client list, with demographic information (Excel import available); -Schedule sessions for each client based on availability and location, ideally using drag and drop scheduling that can connect to Google Calendar -Link each client to individualized goals (3-5 per client) each goal needs to be numerically measured, and progress monitoring data tracked. -For each scheduled session, I need create a note track progress on individualized plan goals. -Assign direct service providers to clients -Track missed sessions, time owed and time made-up -Ideally, when I add a new client, the workflow is set up to auto populate into a template. I’ve created a UK version of my base to calculate holidays as input to WORKDAY() or WORKDAY_DIFF(). (For detailed information, see the post referenced above.) The base takes as input the years for which you wish to calculate holidays and the applicable area (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland). The output is a field called Holiday String containing a ISO-formatted list of governmental holidays for the specified locality, ready to be copy-and-pasted as an attribute to either workday function. (Specifying holidays enables the functions to take both weekend days and holidays into account in their calculations.) This base requires a much more complicated algorithm than the earlier one, given either Good Friday or Easter Monday is an official holiday in the U.K. To calculate either date, one must first arrive at a date for Easter itself — a computation that has remained challenging for hundreds of years. We are experienced in the use of Airtable, and have built out functionality for our catering operation that includes hours logging, CRM and linking to venues, vendors, # of pizzas, etc. related to specific events. We are now trying to create a set of tables that track recipes, ingredients required in them and then creating orders and pack lists. As I envision it now, you would have Recipes that may be single ingredient (Domestic Beer - Coors) or multi (Bun - Butter, Flour, Water, Salt). I would then key the quantity required per event (this is the part that would be great to automate via API or cURL from our client facing invoicing/order system) or per guest, or per pizza 1-3 weeks out as we currently do for pizza doughs. Two views/reports would then exist. One with the total amount of any ingredients needed for any period of time (say all the cucumbers we need for pickles for the next month). And another one that is by event (bring 5 lbs of pickles to this event). We will have a cost

A silly little base that does one thing: It generates a string of ISO-formatted holiday dates as an input to WORKDAY() and WORKDAY_DIFF(). As published, it supports current U.S. federal holidays, with options to deselect three federal holidays (Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day) some companies do not take off, as well as two non-holidays (Friday before Labor Day and Friday after Thanksgiving) many companies do. For holidays that fall on a specific day of the month (e.g., New Year’s Day, Veterans Day, Christmas), if that date should fall on a weekend, the base returns either the previous Friday or following Monday as appropriate. It’s been lightly QAed — by which I mean I know it works for 2018 through 2021. The base will return a string of ISO-formatted dates for periods from one to fifty years. (Caveat: There’s a good chance Airtable won’t accept fifty years’ worth of holidays at once, but I’ve not yet been interested enough to find out when it chokes.) Dat
