We are looking for someone to help us with some AirTable programing that will involve some simple computational work and formatting the output from the database in organizational and flowchart views.  

We are looking for someone who can convert our excel sheets into airtable. We have it all mapped out and know the flow and how we want things displayed but do not have the experience to set up the automations etc on air table. We have 100s of clients we have that we need to manage account balances for and store information about and also create a sales pipeline so we can track them from  becoming a lead to a client. Looking for someone who can take this paid project and bring this to life fairly quickly for us. We have started playing around with AirTable and have some base tables setup with fields, need to be able to link them so records update. Setup bulk upload templates and other automations.

I am looking for an AT expert, individual or team, to create a multi stage workflow and a softr client client login. Requirements: 5 Stage Workflow using either forms or a custom view with a button, whichever works best. API response window inside needed for some parts (hence custom view+button instead of form) Alerts for regular calls to an API for updates on the records Softr Client Login showing limited parts of a separate linked Invoice/Payment base. Softr Account login with full access to linked Invoice/Payment for oversight and some confirmation steps. We have data ready and AT is a solution that we chose after trialling a good 15-20 solutions. I use Airtable to track and monitor several backlinks, which I manually track with a Va i.e. do-follow, no-follow, live, removed. Now, I’d like to have a column in Airtable that automatically updates the status of the backlink without having my VA do it. Here’s a custom app that does it well: BacklinkManager.io

Goal: A user can create a post including any version of a youtube or twitch URL. When the post is created it appears in a repeating group and the link appears as an embedded video. Current State: The entire site is already built using a combination of airtable and bubble.io. This is the last feature that I need. Work: I am open to ideas. What I know right now is that it can be done either with a Regex Formula or JavaScript Automation using the video id. Budget: Hopefully, under $200. But we can discuss it, based on your idea.

Hello, I want to use the view timeline with the utilization bar. My timeline view allows me to assign tasks to employees. Employees have unavailable days. So I can't assign them spots during this time. The Unavailable Days Utilization Bar only appears in black when the task is assigned to that date. Is it possible to make these days appear unavailable even if no task is assigned to this date.Thank you for your feedback Best regards Franck

Hi Everyone, I am using Airtable as my CRM. I love it. However, the data vizualisation blocks are not enough and I would like to create comprehensive dashboards in Excel or Power BI. I am not a technical guy but I managed to connect the API for small tables. However, my 2 main tables have 25k and 8k rows… I do not know how to do it for these ones. I am looking for someone ideally with knowledge of both the Airtable API and the Survey Monkey Apply API.  Note that this is for linking Survey Monkey Apply (SMA) - not standard Survey Monkey.  I need to automatically pull data from SMA for use in Airtable - and potentially the reverse as well.  I have built automations such as this in Integromat (Make) and Zapier, but SMA support is not available.  For reference the SMA API documentation is here.Thank you!Best regards,Matt

I need to build a quoting system in Airtable that I can publish to my website. I started the tables to collect the needed information but that's where I'm stuck. The price is based off a matrix of quantity range vs number of colours printed.  Not even sure if it can be done or it should be developed as an Wordpress app/plugin and pushed to Airtable.If anyone can build this solution, please reach out asap.

Building out a social media calendar where one of the fields indicates the Copy that will be going in a post. Was hoping to create a separate formula field that automatically searched the Copy field for any hashtags and listed them there. Support’s initial response sent me the formula below as a start, but it only pulls in the first # within the copy section. At Uptown Stories, we provide workshops in the arts to underprivileged children and families around Manhattan. We use AT to record and track registration data, donation and donor info, grant applications, and job/intern applicants. We've built a foundation on our own, but now I'm looking for the right person to help us streamline, sync, and scale our bases. Essentially, looking for someone equal parts Developer and Architect/Advisor for a 2-4 month initial contract with the option to retain as an advisor at the offset.
