Goal: A user can create a post including any version of a youtube or twitch URL. When the post is created it appears in a repeating group and the link appears as an embedded video. Current State: The entire site is already built using a combination of airtable and bubble.io. This is the last feature that I need. Work: I am open to ideas. What I know right now is that it can be done either with a Regex Formula or JavaScript Automation using the video id. Budget: Hopefully, under $200. But we can discuss it, based on your idea.

Hello, I want to use the view timeline with the utilization bar. My timeline view allows me to assign tasks to employees. Employees have unavailable days. So I can't assign them spots during this time. The Unavailable Days Utilization Bar only appears in black when the task is assigned to that date. Is it possible to make these days appear unavailable even if no task is assigned to this date.Thank you for your feedback Best regards Franck

Hi Everyone, I am using Airtable as my CRM. I love it. However, the data vizualisation blocks are not enough and I would like to create comprehensive dashboards in Excel or Power BI. I am not a technical guy but I managed to connect the API for small tables. However, my 2 main tables have 25k and 8k rows… I do not know how to do it for these ones. Building out a social media calendar where one of the fields indicates the Copy that will be going in a post. Was hoping to create a separate formula field that automatically searched the Copy field for any hashtags and listed them there. Support’s initial response sent me the formula below as a start, but it only pulls in the first # within the copy section. We have started renting equipment to other contractors during peak / spike events (like hurricanes and other natural disasters). We are a small book publisher looking for an Airtable expert that we can form an ongoing, long term support/ advice relationship with. We use Airtable to manage our database of staff as well as to track projects and more. Hi, I have an ecommerce business and I’m looking to organize things using Airtable. Below is the brief of my requirements: Sales Channels: WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon (Walmart, Ebay and more in the future) Orders comes through one of the sales channels. All important data should be populated in the table Packing list/slip is generated for the factory so for instance if the order is 1 kit, then the packing slip will contain all components needed for the factory. (Checklist format so components can be ticked off) Ability for factory/user to upload pictures for each order showing what all is packed. (Pictures can be saved elsewhere if storage is an issue. Only the last 60 days’ ordered pictures would be needed.After 60 days then can be archived if storage is an issue) Factory user will upload tracking to the table. There should be a sync button which automatically pushes all tracking from the table to their respective sales channel.
