my company offers a career coaching program for pro female athletes and we are expanding/revising our existing program which runs on Airtable, Zapier and mini-extensions. most of the project is straightforward - making forms for various assignments, setting up mini-extensions so there are review links available for the athlete and the career coach, etc. we are changing from a 1-on-1 coaching model to group coaching so the more complex work will be around accommodating that change. we currently pay for pro versions of Airtable, Zapier, miniextensions and the openside connectors so we should be able to get everything done without writing code, although if you have the skill set to do that, that would be awesome! timing/goal is to complete this project in the next two weeks. i think total work will be around 15-25 hours. given our company’s mission, ideally, would love to hire a young woman in college or just out of school. we have additional work beyond this project, and capacity to

Hi, We have a list of jobs with locations. We can view them on a map as individual markers. But we’d like to view all the jobs that are in a day as a route. e.g. Alternatively: we have a bubble app as well. I do consultations by phone and follow-up with an email. The follow-up email template consists of approximately 600 possible paragraphs. Each paragraph has a number, i.e. 1.0. Most paragraphs are straight text, but some paragraphs also contain data that needs to be entered, if the paragraph has been selected for printing. I want to be able to submit the paragraph numbers desired and have Airtable export a text file with the final selections that I can copy/paste into the body of my email message. My time is limited. Is there someone who would set this up for me? I have staff who could enter the paragraph data. What I really need is someone well-versed in Airtable who can create the structure to do the above. We already use Airtable and have a working database for payments, surgery(project) tracking. But need to improve on the model and create automations. Possibly integrations in the future. Looking for a developer to help with API project. We have a functioning database, all structures are rocking but need to get a certain scan view that we can’t accomplish with Airtable/mini extensions alone. Our nonprofit research project needs someone who can create an app for AirTable that consists of an interactive, georeferenced map of medieval cemeteries that associates specific graves on the map with entries in AirTable. We are compiling a database using AirTable with over 100 cemeteries and several thousand individual graves with detailed archaeological, isotopic and genomic data. Previously, the archaeologists we work with had been using a database called Thanados, which is good for visual examination of individual graves and their properties, but is extremely time consuming to enter data, limited on how one can do complex Boolean searches of the data, and useless for any statistical manipulations. It does however have one killer feature that AirTable lacks: it has integrated a map like Google Maps onto which one can place the map of a cemetery and then designate each grave. We are trying to use AirTable to manage volunteers through a linear process to track them in stages. We have a limited budget, and I don’t think it’s that hard, but we don’t have the time in our internal tech team to do this. It would require creating the architecture, probably creating some automations or scripts so that when a certain form is filled out, a stage automatically changes. It would also involve a brief training on how to use it.
