I have a csv that is importing a filed like this …….https:/website…….038443928798 when you click on the link it is a image… it opens up to just a jpeg file. and it opens fine with one click. what I want is that jpeg file actually in the field as a image. any ideas what I have to do to make that happen? please michael

We currently use our Airtable instance to track a fairly complex editorial calendar, and we’d like to add check boxes for each task, and then configure formulas to trigger a particular status when a box has or hasn’t been checked. Hi! Hope all is well. I need to hire someone to build out a base for scheduling for our school based yoga and mindfulness program. We already use Airtable for almost everything, but have been scheduling programming in mindbody for years and want to switch. The basic gist is that we have about 60 school sites and 20 teachers. We send teachers to various schools to teach programs, and need to create a visually helpful master schedule of who is where when. We need views that can be seen (via link in a calendar mode) and exported (ideally as a pdf list of dates) both by teacher, and by site. We also need to see on the calendar which program is being taught - we have mat and chair based kids classes (2-6 hour schedule blocks), about 10 different professional development workshops, and some family engagement programs. We are looking for help to create a lookup table in Airtable. We previously used Excel but it is not user friendly online. Our invoices log: who worked, location of services, item billed, specialized items, equipment usage, ect. We use this info for reports and forecasting.

My company has recently started to use Airtable for an involvement tracker. We’re a nonprofit that has members linked together, and have attempted to use the OrgChart block for a sort of family tree. We’re looking to be able to print blocks and dashboards, count generations through linked records, see individual trees of people within a card, and finally the ability to see KanBan cards through email as they’re seen in Airtable. Looking to contact an expert about how these changes might be done.

We have a student database, we need to be able to have our driver mark off who is attending and write a reason for a missed pickup or a no show. We have “name” “address” geocode We need a list of students and their address to be picked up today (must refresh daily), each student name should be clicked on with either a “onboard” or “not onboard”- If not onboard then a single text line. Once each student has benn marked as onboard or not onboard we should have it displayed next to the students name.

Have a gameshow production (semi-professional/educational demo) for digital arts career pathway program high school class in Southern California. Producer/instructor is a 30+ year veteran TV gameshow producer in the US and UK with a background in computer programming and game design. He is my client and I am trying to pull this component of the production together at the 11th hour with our taping scheduled for early September. We’ve already used Airtable to map out a lot of game structure and populate some test data. There are major functional concerns though including data validation and utilizing the data for realtime stage ques, contestant data interfaces, on-stage visuals, or on-screen events in post-production. We’re looking for a consultant with database architecture and Zapier expertise to work with us to build a system to manage applicant and participant data for internship programs. The system needs to integrate three phases of data management for our education programs: applicant data, participant data, and follow up data collected through annual surveys, which the system would also ideally deploy. We’re looking for a consultant to work with us on (1) data architecture, (2) Zapier integrations to automate emails for our application phase and our follow up phase, and (3) developing more robust reporting than is available in blocks. We need to have the application phase ready by November 2019. We’re putting a package together for a local house mover in the UK to help them get more organised. Keap Pro and Proposify would be handling the CRM and sending/signing quotes side of things. However, they currently use ACT for pricing quotes for leads. When they convert, ACT can be used to create job sheets for each deal that is won. I would like to explore the feasibility of using Airtable to replicate what ACT is doing for them, as well as integrating Airtable with Keap Pro. I’m new to Airtable, so I would like to speak to someone to whom I can explain a bit more about what is needed and get an honest opinion about its feasibility and if it is, what kind of cost we’d be talking about. Hi, I’m trying to centralize in one place, all the maintenance issue (should be around 1000) that we have in our apartments (repairs, maintenance cleaning, missing products, etc…). This project should have 2 main components : #1 Inspection form to create airtable entries This list should be build trough an inspection form (mobile friendly) with a bunch of questions per room with possible comments/pictures attachment. Example: [Kitchen] Is it clean ? Yes or No If No, then What is the priority ? High / Medium / Low ? Hello — looking to use Airtable to manage editorial workflows (including with freelancers/clients) for our content agency. I’ve experimented with the platform a bit but want to make sure the platform will work for our needs — and that we set it up correctly from the beginning so it’s easy for my coworkers to begin using it. Thanks! Basic setup: (1) Should we put all clients in the same base (using a client field tag), or does it make more sense to create different bases for each client? There seem to be benefits and drawbacks to both approaches. I like the idea of having all clients in the same base so we can have a company-wide calendar view (doesn’t seem possible to have a calendar view across multiple bases). We have an airtable with several hundred records, and we need to print it to a large format wall display. I am attaching a draft of the formatting we are trying for. Our goal is to output a timeline in this format—in columns of 3-5 entries deep. Our goal is also to have the items print with a color coded header block (see example) for each of 4 different categories. Each entry in the finished print has 5 fields—Name, visual, Year, description, and category. Visuals need to print in full- not arbitrarily cropped.

Hello - we are an accounting firm with a detailed customer onboarding workflow process that we would like to use airtable to make it customer facing on the web. The workflow will have a series of yes or no questions for the customer. Occasionally we ask the customer to upload documents in response to the questions. The challenge is making the online questionnaire have a good looking front end so it looks nice for customers. I know Airable has some basic form templates but I don’t think that will look good enough. I’d like to hear options that you can create. thanks! Hello - I have an event coming up next month and I need some help with my Volunteer Base. I’m needing to be able to group fields based on the volunteers availability and what "activity’ they are interested in volunteering for… I’m very new to AirTable so I have my main table and it’s pulling options based on the primary fields in other tables… I would like to be able to sort it by Date / Time of Day (morning or afternoon) / by which activities they are interested in (most have more than one) So that I can easily assign volunteers… Anyone have any ideas of how this can be done?

I’m looking to have the Link from the dropbox folder and/or file, stored on a case (ticket) I DO NOT want the files to be stored on airtable as they are very large. I keep the files in dropbox and work them via file manager. I really like the button in gmail to add the link from dropbox to the email. I’m looking to have a simple helpdesk like fuction so all the related emails to the design are in airtable for both Q/A and history. I am an Entrepreneur (in USA) and have started a business providing supply chain finance for agricultural exporters in developing counties (currently Mexico). Essentially we pay suppliers for their approved invoices, at a discount, before the “due date”. I am developing an MVP, seeking assistance developing workflow automation utilizing Airtable & Zapier to integrate apps - Forms (wufoo), eSignature (signrequest), Document Parsing app (docparser), & wire transfer payments API. I’m starting a company that connects people with extra space in their homes to people who need a safe, affordable place to live through their trusted mutual friends. I’m putting in the backend API so that they sign up w/ Facebook and then I can show them if they have any mutual friends with potential guests/hosts. People answer a range of about 30 questions from pets/no pets, smoking/no smoking, budget range, zip code they want to live in, etc. That all goes into a google doc spreadsheet. I’m looking for a way to use airtable to match up these variables to show matches/close matches. There are really 6 major variables that need to be matched. Bonus points if you can make it easy to share the application of a host w/ the guest, and vice versa, removing contact info, and also if you can make it easy for me to share the hosts photos of the space with the guest. If you can do this I would love to get an idea of cost and I can share the enter google doc

We have developed several basis and are looking for a programmer to help us finish those up (see other posting here). At the same time, we need someone who understands the page designer block to help us determine if we can/should be using it for some of our client facing data. We do not really know what is possible as we have not found a programmer who knows enough about it. Are you the one to design a few pages for us to show us how this can be used?
