We're looking for expert help to setup our Airtable project management.  We're familiar with MS Project & need to be able to:- have projects with tasks which have sub-tasks- have a visual representation showing projects with indented tasks & indented sub-tasks & gantt style coloured bars showing dependencies- be resource-driven rather than task-driven  (having editable calendars for resources to support this)- we'd like to be able to generate task to-do lists from the tables/base (could be kanban or some other style)- would be ideal to get also get help on creating a dashboard or app for team members to update infoWe've got so far with setting up tables, but the illogical nature of db project management has us stumped & we're wasting time trying to decipher tutorials & help text, so we need expert help.

Hello, I just signed up for the business plan and as it says in the plan (photo attached), it says unlimited editors. I have created an app that collects feedback through a form so I need many external people to be able to edit the form. Is there a way to do it without being charged on the invoice for each user who edits (the option to do it through a form link does not exist, I need to be able to edit the interface, not the data).

We are experimenting with Airtable as a project management tool for our Graphic Design Firm. Working well so far, until we get to expense tracking. It’s easy enough to create a table to track individual expenses and link them to any open job in our “jobs” table, but when it comes to billing, we need a single document that captures ALL the expenses related to a job and presents them together in a report much like the attached “Cost Sheet”, which we currently produce manually for each job in Excel. BACKGROUND: We are using Airtable to track delays in time-sensitive projects with legal ramifications for time overruns. Each new record (documenting a delay caused by other outside collaborators) is currently being sent out via Zapier/Gmail with URLs in the body of the email to the entire table (via private link) and to the record itself. This is a good first step for notifying our clients and documenting the delays. But since this line of work has the potential to go legal if the projects go past their contracted completion dates, we need the emails to serve as proper documentation of the delays. We would appreciate help with this scenario - and we can pay if somebody can help us with it. We have several bases where we have e.g customer info. Sometimes we do a campaign where we send out a link to a form where we want the customer to get back to us with specific info. This works excellently. The design is basically Table #1 Customers Primary key Custom info #1 Custom info #2 Link to CustomerResponses Table #2 CustomerResponses Primary key Link to Customers Custom info #3 Form in Table #2 Link to customers (=shows the +Add button and all customers according to Primary Key) Custom info #3 Now, the problem. In order for this to work, in the form we need to show ALL the records. Hence our customers can view each other, which is not great. We would like to be able to SKIP the “Link to customers” (i.e. the +Add-button) and replace it with a unique link to the form instead where the unique link defines the primary key. Hi everyone!I'm relatively new to Airtable and currently working on a final project for a company I used to work for. I introduced them to Airtable, but they want to keep the overall cost under $35 per month.For the project, I'm trying to create a Timeline View where the first column displays all the apartments from the "Apartments" table, and the other columns represent dates. Additionally, I would like to have a list of bookings on the right-hand side that only shows bookings which haven't been fully assigned yet (those with a "Beds Remaining to Assign" field greater than zero). My goal is to be able to drag and drop these unassigned bookings onto the timeline, matching them to the appropriate apartment.I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to guide me through building this or point me in the right direction.
