Hello, I just signed up for the business plan and as it says in the plan (photo attached), it says unlimited editors. I have created an app that collects feedback through a form so I need many external people to be able to edit the form. Is there a way to do it without being charged on the invoice for each user who edits (the option to do it through a form link does not exist, I need to be able to edit the interface, not the data).

Over the past three years, I’ve designed several systems for my school division using Airtable, Softr, and Make. Other divisions have expressed interest in developing similar systems, but I no longer have the capacity to take on these projects. For example, the curriculum office is looking to create a platform that allows teachers to submit requests for professional development. The system would manage the entire workflow—from approvals and notifying stakeholders about decisions to adding hotel and travel information, per diem tracking, and collecting details about the training (e.g., objectives, alignment with the school’s mission and strategic plan). We are experimenting with Airtable as a project management tool for our Graphic Design Firm. Working well so far, until we get to expense tracking. It’s easy enough to create a table to track individual expenses and link them to any open job in our “jobs” table, but when it comes to billing, we need a single document that captures ALL the expenses related to a job and presents them together in a report much like the attached “Cost Sheet”, which we currently produce manually for each job in Excel. Airtable work needed for ongoing development of various platforms communicating with Airtable. The below is one of many projects we are developing. BACKGROUND: We are using Airtable to track delays in time-sensitive projects with legal ramifications for time overruns. Each new record (documenting a delay caused by other outside collaborators) is currently being sent out via Zapier/Gmail with URLs in the body of the email to the entire table (via private link) and to the record itself. This is a good first step for notifying our clients and documenting the delays. But since this line of work has the potential to go legal if the projects go past their contracted completion dates, we need the emails to serve as proper documentation of the delays. The problem: Emailing URLs that point to dynamic data that can always be altered by us (as the Airtable database owners) wouldn’t give us a strong legal leg to stand on should contracts ever go to court. Hi everyone!I'm relatively new to Airtable and currently working on a final project for a company I used to work for. I introduced them to Airtable, but they want to keep the overall cost under $35 per month.For the project, I'm trying to create a Timeline View where the first column displays all the apartments from the "Apartments" table, and the other columns represent dates. Additionally, I would like to have a list of bookings on the right-hand side that only shows bookings which haven't been fully assigned yet (those with a "Beds Remaining to Assign" field greater than zero). My goal is to be able to drag and drop these unassigned bookings onto the timeline, matching them to the appropriate apartment.I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to guide me through building this or point me in the right direction.
