I am having trouble figuring out how to remove collaborators that have already been deleted from the account from showing up in drop-down menus (field type = collaborator) when assigning projects. We only have 3 active users on the Team, but all the old team members over the past 4 years that have been removed from the account still show up in the drop-down menus when assigning projects. How do I remove them?

Hi Airtable community, I’m currently collaborating with the rest of my team, and we depend on specific column names being present in a given table for some of our workflows. However, as our team has scaled more staff have begun changing the column names to better reflect the business case, which has caused issues with our downstream work. We don’t know what column is named what anymore! Is there a place where I can see the revision history of a table’s columns, rather than just the revision of individual records? In particular, the changing of names, field types, and so forth. Thanks!

I am do not receive  notifications ( dings )  on iphone or imac from airtable's created  calendar events that i subscribed from the airtable.   How do i fix it ? 

Hi!!! I’m wondering if anyone has created anything resembling a Campground Reservation system using AirTable. Seems like it could be done relatively easily and I’m trying to help out a family owned campground with this project. I haven’t seen anything specific to campground reservations but I have seen some similar things here in the community. Can anyone point me in the right direction to help me get a jump start on this? I would surely appreciate it. I’m new to AirTable but I have a programming background. Thanks!!!

How do I zoom in on an image added to the attachment field?I have a large screenshot of an email that I want to leave annotations on. Because of the length of the email, the text ends up being extremely small and difficult to read. I'd love to be able to zoom in.

In the new Community app, is it not possible for authors of posts to edit their posts after they're published? Added 1 minute later: Hmm. I just now looked at the Comments Options and I found an Edit Post command. But that command isn't there for a post I published just a short while ago? What's the difference? Do I get just 120 seconds to edit it or something like that? 

I can't login to the Airtable app on my phone. I am able to enter my email, but the password seems to be filled out already and I can't delete whatever is in there. Whatever password is being entered it is invalid. I can't delete, cut, or remove whatever is in the password field. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still won't let me enter a password. 

I am using fluent forms to push data to Airtable using a Text Area input to push data to Long-text field type with and without rich text formatting.So I am getting an issue with these tags (see screenshots)Is there a way to remove them via Airtable? i am not an expert, so any guidance will be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I've got 4-5 different calendars that I'd like to see in one place.2 of the calendars are tables in the same base2 are in other bases.Is there a way that I can see all of these on the same Gantt or timeline or calendar view.It is my understanding that I need to have all of the dates in the same table. I see how to sync the external tables into one table - let's call it the "master calendar table".Here is where I get stuck - I'm not sure how can I sync the tables from my base into the "master calendar table." Is there a way to sync a table in the current base or create a new record in a synced table and use a look up field? Any other ideas on how to get all 4 tables showing up on one calendar.  Is it possible to use an interface to see dates from multiple tables on one calendar? I like the 

I have created a form that allows people to upload attachments. When I then send the record, the email that is sent out has converted these files (pdf & docx) into .png files embedded in the email sent by Airtable. How can I send a record in Airtable that keeps the attachments in their original format instead of converting them to images?

If I embed a view on a website and leave the "Show view controls" enabled, then a visitor adjusts a filter or sort criteria in their browser, does that impact other viewers? Or are the view controls unique to that visitor for that browser session?Essentially, I want to know if one person changing a setting impacts the base itself, or just that visitor's experience.

How do i share a base with someone so they can input it into their workspace and I no longer have shared access?

When I changed the formula for a field, I got an dependencies notification saying that the change would affect a base that I "do not have access to," which was created by an "Unknown User."I'm the owner of this Pro account. There are only two other seats on it. How can there be an inaccessible base and an unknown user? Over time I've removed users who have left our office, and deleted some of the bases they created. Could this be what this notification refers to? I went ahead and saved the change, so I can't screenshot the notification.

Hi All,When I open a PDF attachment in Airtable, there are tools to comment directly on the PDF (great). But everything that I annotate on the PDF does not get saved. It disappear as soon as I leave the PDF view.What's the point of annotating a PDF if it disappear right away? Anyone knows how to save the annotations?

I filtered a column in my grid view spreadsheet and all the data went missing. The first time it happened I was able to undo and got it back. The second time, however, I was not able to undo.I know the data is still there because it shows when I click on the Kanban and Gallery Views.Does anyone know what could be going on?

Hello all, I am trying to figure out if it is possible to a column in Table1 show matching names from Table2 based on those names falling into a date range specified on Table 1. I'll try to explain further:Table 2 will have the data:Entity | Start Date | End DateAnd Table 1 will have 4 columns:Person  |  Start Date  | End Date | Matching Entity from Table2For example, where Person 1 on Table 1 has a date range that overlaps with more than 1 Entity from Table 2, the "Matching Entity" column on Table 1 will list all Entities whose date ranges overlap with Person 1 (E.g. - "Entity1, Entity3, Entity 6")Does anyone know if there is some way of accomplishing this with Airtable?

I have a need to insert new select option into field but when i try to do it with node api i get. Class { error: 'INVALID_MULTIPLE_CHOICE_OPTIONS', message: 'Insufficient permissions to create new select options', statusCode: 422 } I have admin permissions. Is there a way to insert array of new options into Multi select field ?

Hi, I’ve been informed by my legal team that because Airtable doesn’t have Privacy Shield in place, I cannot use it for the storage of personal information relating to EU citizens. Therefore I’m going to have to stop storing this data in Airtable. If you have any update on this I’d be grateful. Tim

Why is it that you cannot hide the primary field in the Kanban view? I mean, really, I don’t need the primary field displayed on the kanban view as it just takes up space. I don’t understand this silly restriction that AirTable forces upon us. Can someone from AirTable please chime in and explain why this is.

Hello Everyone, I am having a methodology issue.I am working on a personal price tracking project, in my case, it is computer parts.  But I believe this could translate to almost anything. I have multiple tables, one for each component type (CPUs, RAM, Motherboards, etc).  These tables display the characteristics of the product. There is an additional table that is called Updates, the updates table links to each of the component type tables, and tracks, price, link to vendor and date the entry was added. What I'm trying to achieve, is on the components tables, I'd like to show the most recent price for each component.   I've read a few examples that people have said about sorting by having a Rollup of the date:max(values)  However, I'm not able to discern how I will retrieve the price if I did that.   Can anyone orient me toward solving this problem?  Many thanks
