I have $32 in airtable credits and would like to use these to upgrade one of my bases to the pro plan for a month ($24 per month billed monthly). As I am basically paying for a second pro trial using referral credits (unfortunately I’ve already squandered my pro trial), I am not comfortable putting in my credit card details until I am sure that the extra features (specifically, Blocks) are worthwhile for my use case. Is there any way to upgrade your account after the pro trial using only referral credit (I have plenty) and without a credit card? (Also as a bit of background: I transferred my personal credit to the base I was trying this out on, and only realised that this isn’t possible when I received “Your card number is incomplete” on the upgrade page even though the charge is $0). I am putting task items into a schedule and assigning People who will work together to get the task done. The task is one line in the Schedule table. I have linked to the People table (fk_People) and then linked multiple people, depending on who is going to be working on the task. I made a lookup field from the People table so only their first names show in the field (Name_F). Thus - if I have assigned Trevor and Matt to the task, their names show up as Trevor, Matt in the lookup field. This is what I want to show up in the formula field. I have made a formula field to bring together the name of the task and the first names of the people assigned to work together: Name_Task & " - " & Name_F My problem is that the formula returns the Name_F lookup so that it looks like this TrevorMatt instead of Trevor, Matt I must be missing something - but I cannot figure out where to look to get the answer.

Hi, we have a new collaborator that can’t add or edit any airtabels in the workspace. He has creator and editor permissions. Very frustrating, how do we fix it? We’ve tried logging in and out, as well as adding and removing him as a creator. Thank you!

Hi everyone, needs some help to work out a probably common challenge for noobs like me. Base setup Two tables, Product and Tags. A product can have many tags. Tag is a field in Product. It’s set to allow linking multiple tags. Challenges Basic: Create a form view to add a product where user can add multiple tags. Both tables need to be updated upon submission, and it’s fields linked. Advanced: Show in the form a multiselect showing existing tags and allow to create new ones, upon submission new ones will be added to Tags table linked to the corresponding Product. Is it possible to create something like this? Thank you all

Hey Airtable Community, I need some help with triggering the right filters based off a clients start date. We are currently wanting the client to be moved into a 30 Day Check In View between 30 and 59 Days into their program, a 60 Day Check In View between 60 and 89 days into their program, and a 90 Day Check In View between 90 and 120 Days into their program. Does anyone know the right filter combination to make this happen? All the ones I’ve attempted so far are not populating as intended.

Hello, so ive been doing this inventory app for my company and kinda hit a roadblock, so ive created a sales table where a sales record is created with a date, order no., products, price of each product, quantity, discount and a total but what i want to accomplish is that when i put multiple items into a single sales record like in the last record in this screenshot i want to be able to put how many of each product in that sales record were sold so that the total comes out to be the correct amount

so weird i cant find some clear replies to thsi question via search. We run a real estate agency and add all or listings to airtable. This will end up being around 10-30k+ listings over time. Would it be a bad idea to add 10-20 images to each record so its a bit more simple to store the images of each listing? Would it slow down airtable speed considerably? I also had in mind that it would be great if we can integrate and sync airtable with uploading the listings to our wordpress website, which was another reason to keep them in attachment cells in airtable. Is there any way to make a button on both gantt and grid views to switch between the opposite? For example, I have a lot of timelines grouped over numerous years, with a lot of overlap. If I am looking at the grid view, on a particular row, I want to switch to that same row on the gantt. Having so many timelines, this is very clunky to switch back and forth, having to find my place.

I have a form with a cover image and logo. Up until today the images displayed properly, however now they appear as broken image. Additionally I have a small table with a few images in it and they are now also appearing as broken images. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I see some older posts where this was resolved but it seems to be happening again, at least to me. Re-uploading images has not helped either, it just ends up with the same result.

I have about 400 records that have URLs with standard https:// However, in order to use these with our email marketing merge tags, I need them all to not include the https:// pre-fix within the URL. Is there a way to update all these records at once instead of manually?

I’ve never been able to successfully share a base or workspace with anyone over the years but it is now critical. Is this functionality now working successfully? The system either: claims it has shared with “email address” but the recipient never gets an email (no, not in junk) or the wheel spins when attempting to email invite and the process never completes. Have not prevented collaboration in workspace settings. Thanks

Hello all! I would like to create some drill down fields in a table for goals and objectives. For example, if you choose Goal 3 from a single select field, I would like to then only see the objectives that correspond with Goal 3 (i.e., Obj 3a, 3b, and 3c) in the Objectives single select field rather than see the objectives for every goal. Hi everyone ! I am so sorry if my question has already been answered on this forum but I just spent my entire day trying to find a solution… I need to add some wordpress featured images on my Airtable database. To do so, I choose the Attachment field type and tried to add the url. Airtable is doing a great job downloading files, but it takes a kind of screenshot of the website whereas I only need the featured image (just a .png or .jpg file !). For example, if I take this url (https://lexpedia.fr/droit-administratif/arret-blanco-8-fevrier-1873/) and insert it in the Attachment type field, I will need to get the little girl image on a .png format. Don’t hesitate to tell me if I’m not clear ! Thanks by advance !

Hi! I have a slight problem that I don’t know how to solve: I’m working on some lists that need to be divided into different records. In this particular case, the lists that I was given contain the field “name” or “full name” but I need to divide that information into “name”, “middle name”, and “last name”. So, for example, if I have in one record the name “Amanda N. Pollard”, I need to divide that into Given name: Amanda Middle name: N. Last name: Pollard The extra complexity comes when not all people within the Company have middle names or when some employees have more than 1 last name. For example: “Jay Martínez Romero” which in this case would look like: Given name: Jay Last names: Martínez Romero Has anybody done this before? Thanks in advance!

Hello world I’m working on a budget base which requires a linked field to pull in cost data. It currently means manually searching for a linked record 20 times for each choir rehearsal (there are 10 venue costs, and 10 staff costs per choir)… And we have 19 different choirs to do this for (almost 400 manual ‘clicks’). I’m either being stupid and missing something obvious, OR it requires some form of scripting (in which I am clueless) or automation to make this happen automatically. Could anyone shed some light? Hi, I’m creating a running list of records (in this case, social media posts) and I’ve organized them by year, then by month, and then by week. To do this, I assigned format specifiers to each date with formulas. For example, 2019 is “2019”, January is “1 January,” February is “2 February,” etc. Weeks are assigned the same way – the first week of January is “1,” the last week of December is “52.” However, I ran into trouble with a new grouped view (“Posts by Month”). I grouped these records by year, month, and week. Everything displays as it should except the last few days of December. 12/29/2019 through 12/31/2019 disappear. They are technically part of week 1 in 2020, but aren’t displaying because they are still part of the year 2019. Is there way to force

I’m trying to create a webhook from a local app, but I always get a Error 400 response: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://hooks.airtable.com/workflows/v1/genericWebhook/mywebhookxxx' from origin 'https://localhost:5173' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Hello! My wife and I use a food delivery service that each week brings an assortment of bulk food. Our plan is to portion it out at time of delivery, and easily eat it throughout the week. Instead, we just toss the bulk containers in the fridge, then confusingly shuffle them around for every. single. meal. So! Airtable to the rescue! My question: how would you best map out the days vs the meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)? The plan is to make a table for the dishes (chicken stew, roast veggies, etc) and then link them to a specific meal (Thursday Lunch) in another table. I’ve tried records with a title of the day, then a field with the meal. I’ve also tried a record with the meal as the title, then a field for a date. I’m primarily using the mobile app, and both of these methods leave me with a big stack of cards that appear to be repeating (Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday, and so on). Hi there, I don’t know exactly whether this question goes here or under table design but see below my challenge. On my base I have different tables but the main ones are contacts and projects. Under contacts I have all person details, emails, etc and use these to send automated emails etc. My table projects I have different views and the Kanban I currently have is ‘stage’ view. We are growing quite fast and, now I would like to have a Kanban view which stacks the projects that certain people in ‘contacts’ table are running but to do this I would need to create a ‘single select’ field. This would duplicate my work as I already assign the project to a contact, linking the tables and running automations in the background. Just checking in to see if anyone can think of a smart way to stack / group by contact if that makes sense. Thanks in advance, Arnau
