We have a column of emails that we would like to export into a CSV file, but use Airtable from our iPads. Is there a way to do this, or is this a function only available on an laptop? Thank you

I have 2 tables: Organisations - which contains fields related to organisations we have funded to run projects - each record includes the organisation’s postcode Projects - which contains fields related to projects run by these organisations. The 2 tables are linked -a project links to one org and an org can link to multiple projects. I want to export the project table to csv to create a map of the projects but I need the postcode to be exported too and it’s in the other table. Can I do this? I currently only get the organisation’s name in the csv file as it’s the primary field of the org table. Thanks!

Hello there, My current setup: In one table [ALL PRODUCTS], I have two pairs of Lookup fields, providing all the options. [Products] = [Bananas, Apples, Grapes, Strawberries] [Markets] = [US, FR, DE] In another table [DELIVERED-PRODUCTS] I have multiple pairs of Lookup fields [Products] and [Markets], describing the products per market, a subset of the values in the previous table. [Products1] = [Bananas, Apples, Grapes] [Market1] = [US] [Products2] = [Bananas, Grapes, Strawberries] [Market2] = [FR] [Products3] = [Grapes] [Market3] = [DE] Ultimately, I would like to know what combinations are possible but not delivered per market, see point 5. I assume this would be somehow done by concatenating all elements of one array pair with the other, as in: [DELIVERED_Products_US] = [Bananas_US, Apples_US, Grapes_US] [DELIVERED_Products_FR] = [Bananas_FR, Grapes

I created a automation “When record is created” and added an action to create another record in another table - the new record in the other table should get field values from the created record in step-1. The automation does not take those values from the record - they are empty. It seems that the record of step-1 is not created yet (like a DB commit). Other field values that are set with fixed values are taken into the new record, but every field that should be taken from step-1 are empty :frowning: Any suggestion what is wrong here?

Hi everyone, Right now I have following options to share: Using “Share” button: This only allows to share entire Workspace or entire Base. Using “Share View”: This option creates a view where I can’t provide the ability to accept comments. But what I want is to share a view with the ability to get comments on the records I shared. How can I achieve this? Looking forward for some guidance.

Hi! A question about changing the tariff. I had $600 in my airtable account. And 27 collaborators have access to the database. I decided to switch to the Plus tariff, paid $ 300. I looked at the tariff options and realized that I needed a Pro tariff. The Pro tariff costs $600 for me, but I paid $300 half an hour ago and I want to pay another $300 to switch to Pro. How do I pay $300 to the Pro tariff, not $600?

I’d like to use Airtable to create a weekly view that shows hours of the day so I can assign different tasks for an employee during their work day. Sort of like a daily planner, with blocks of the day assigned to different tasks… any way to do that?

I have two tabs. In one tab there is a list of peoples names, contributions, and the date of the contribution they have made In the second tab are the list of contacts(the peoples names from above) with the sum of the contributions they have made in tab 1 I want to be able to run a filter (or something simple) where on the second tab. I can put in a date range and based on that date range it will show the sum of the contributions only within that range (right now it goes from the beginning of time to the present) I want to be able to change the date range easily and often. How can I accomplish this.

I am trying to create a booking tool for oral examination. I managed to create a form where the student can select a hour of his/her choice (in a list) and when submitted, that time slot is no longer available for other students. So far so good. But I noticed that students can add+ multiple slots; I would like this to be limited to 1. How can I fix this? Additionally is there a way that students can only submit the form once?

Our organization has several different bases for the different functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, product etc). Each of these bases has linked tables for projects and tasks. I am looking to create a master base with tables that merge all of the tasks, and all of the projects from the other bases. I can see how to sync tables separately from other bases but I’d like to be able to merge them into a single table. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to have a Google like search bar for my Base? My use case: I will show a blank invoice with item field (users can add a new row for extra field) and then the user type something then the search bar suggests the relevant records

Hey everyone - sorry if this has been answered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I just started using the Gantt table, been an Airtable user for few months now and love it more and more each day. The Gantt table is really messing with my head, though. I’d love to use it but the way it displays dates is super confusing. To my brain, the date range looks like it falls on a day after what I’ve actually set. For example - if I have a milestone set for October 20th, It’s diamond is showing on October 21st. Is there a way to change this? It is super frustrating and hard to look at, and is holding me back from using the Gantt (where it could be super useful). Thanks for the help!

I am attempting to create a Form to standardize intake parameters for a receiving team. I would like to know which user is responsible for submitting each record. Currently i am unable to find a way utilizing the Form view to have the user ID auto populated when that user accesses the form. Is this something that is possible. The only work around we have found for this is to create unique prefill URLs for each user, which is not ideal and still allows the user to manually modify that info.

I’m trying to create a form to collect information after a sports event. I need the following fields included ‘Competitor Number’, ‘Penalty’, ‘Penalty Location’. I created a second table with the fields but when I brought them into the form they are ‘Read-only and won’t be displayed on the form.’ Does anyone know how to get the fields to be displayed on the form so the event officials can complete this section with multiple responses, ie more than 1 competitor penalised? (All the enrolled students are listed into 1 cell and automatically populated from the Students table where we indicate which class they’re enrolled in). | ACTING CLASS | [Liam] [Fred] [Emily] [Ann] | So far so good. Hi there . I have two related tables : Companies and Contacts . Lets say for example : Company A have Contact 1 and Contact 2 Company B have Contact 3 and Contact 4 Company C have Contact 5 and Contact 5 I want help to make a button with script on the Companies table that when I click it (on Company B for example) , it will go to a view of the Contacts table and automatically filter the contacts to show only contacts 3 and 4 . Hi, Is there a way to order my attachments by Last In, First Show? Now it shows first attachment uploaded first and you have to scroll through other attachments to see the last attachment uploaded. Thanks.

Hi Airtable community, I have a table which has rows of products one of the columns is a field type attachment which contains an image of this product. I am looking for a Airtable native solution using either Views, Pre-fill forms, Page designer etc… to allow users only to have the option to replace the image of the product. Look forward to what can be done without using third party apps.
