Hello, I am importing an Authors AirTable base table into Webflow. The name field is the primary field and it is a single line text. Why is it importing into Webflow as the slug, lower case and dashed? Any help would be much appreciated. I tried changing the field to long text and it did the same thing. The fields are mapped name to name and slug to slug. Thank you

Howdy folks. I have a table I’ve pasted some data into. One of the fields is certainly text, but if I reference it with T(), it says it is not. If I select the cell, there are no other characters hidden or otherwise. If I delete the contents with backspace and retype exactly, it is magically text. Any thoughts?

I need to upgrade one of my workspaces to a Premium plan and I understand that I get charged per collaborator (I have 4)- so I’ll pay X amount today. In the near future, I’ll need to add more contributors to that workspace- how does that then work/ will I have to additionally pay a fee per new collabroator?

Hi I’ve found a previous post which was answered by @Justin_Barrett about searching for Airtable rows based on the scheduled date and time. Thank you so much for that, that helped me out a great deal…however I need to get it to around 15 minutes and I can’t work it out. I used your formula but added H:mm to give me the minutes and hours DATETIME_FORMAT(Scheduled, “D/MM/YYYY H:mm”) = “{{formatDate(now; “D/MM/YYYY H:mm”)}}” I was hoping I could schedule a post for the that exact date and time and show the contents but it won’t. Thanks for software As title Steps to reproduce issue Open “Find in Page/View” (keyboard cmd + f) Enter query Navigate through found queries (keyboard enter or UI arrows) Close find tool (keyboard esc) Unexpected behaviour After finding the query or navigating to the cell I want I may leave the find tool open while navigate my view. Then later, when I decide to close the find tool, my view jumps to the last found query/cell - why?! Expected behaviour Simply close the find tool, don’t mess with my view – Tested in multiple browsers - same behaviour FYI

I previously used the Gantt app within a dashboard. The app allowed the user to click into a record on the Gantt app and edit the record. The user could also drag the bar on the app interface to set dates or duration for the record. After the Gantt app was changed to a view, we could no longer use the Gantt app. Instead we used the Embed app to make a Gantt view visible within a Dashboard. This works reasonable well with one exception. The user can click on the record and view the contents, just that no-one can edit the record nor drag the bar to change the dates. Is there a work around to make embedded view behave like the older Gantt app?

Hi all Is anyone using Integromat and uploading images from Airtable to Facebook? I can’t seem to upload a single image other than using the option ‘download photo from URL’. If I select upload a photo it just won’t work. Now ‘download photo from url’ is ok for a single image but it doesn’t seem to work for multiple images or at least I can’t work it out.

Is there any way to show if a record has a certain field already present in another record in the view/table? For example show that the Airtable link is present 2 times Thx

I have a time where an event starts and I want to set a tweet for each event 24 and 12 hours prior. Problem is when I use a formula for the Date -1 it gives me the right date but the time defaults to 12am and if I switch to not same timezone for all it moves it to the day before. Either way I want to be able to say event is 7/1/2021 at 10pm gmt. and I need a cell to tell me the time for the 12 hour or 24 hour tweet so I can run a NOW calc against it in the view to trigger the tweet.

I’m new to Airtable (and totally obsessed) and I know enough to be dangerous. I’m certain there is an automated/quick way to rollup data from another table based on the criteria in one field… but I can.not.figure.it.out. Table one has financial data with one record for each week. I have a Date field for “Week Ending,” and formula fields for Quarter and Year. In Table Two, I want to have one record per Quarter with a Rollup/Count or something showing my totals from a field which I could then use for further formula fields. I’ve got something kind of working (see pic) but surely there’s a better way! Help!

Hi there, When I click on import data from csv in google drive to start a base, I am taken to a survey. After the survey, I am taken to a thank you page without the pop-up to select the file. Is this a bug? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

(for example - perform the script for column “Rich” and then have “Rich2” to repeat the script, but using a different URL column.) 2: This doesn’t work if my URL is coming from a lookup - even if the lookup is a URL. Has anyone received an updates from the Airtable team on where things stand with respect to local storage backups of an entire base and being able to conduct recurring backups? In addition, the lack of offline access is extremely concerning. It’s extremely concerning that an app that I would be relying on heavily to run my day to day practice/business could potentially be offline for whatever reason. How are you guys/gals overcoming these limitations? Do you share these concerns and have there been any recent updates from Airtable staff directly related to this?

I have a user that is receiving the message " You do not have permission to view this content. This view is restricted to a specific email domain." However, when I check the users email domain against the domains that are allowed to view content, the domain is in the list. What other areas should I check to gain access for my user?

Hello. I’m facing an issue with the “Multiple Select” field when adding multiple values (decimals) of the current price of the kW. Sometimes, the kW price doesn’t change for the next two hours, so the value is repeated, but the table only saves one of them… Example: 0:00 - price is 0.12261000 1:00 - price is 0.15979000 2:00 - price is 0.15979000 3:00 - price is 0.14321000 But in the field, it’s saving only: 0.12261000, 0.15979000, 0.14321000 Instead of: 0.12261000, 0.15979000, 0.15979000, 0.14321000 How can I allow the same item multiple times inside the multiple-selection field? Hi, I need to determine which of my projects were active in the previous month, and also active in the past 12 months. For the previous month, if we are now in June, I want to see which records were active in May (so I’m not looking for specific dates). For each record I’m looking at, I have a project start and project end which I can use to see when a project was active. So somehow I need to see if the previous month is within those project start and end dates. And ditto for the previous 12 months. I tried to find the answer here in the community and spent a lot of time looking at Airtable date functions, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Hey All! I am using a rollup field with the function ARRAYUNIQUE() in hopes of getting unique values but am still getting duplicates. I have a base with partners and markets, and I want to show all of the partners available in each market. However, when I rollup the values from the market table, I am getting duplicate values. (i.e. if Boston and Chicago both have same partner, then the unique rollup is showing that partner twice. Is there a way to fix this? Does my question make sense? Thank you so much for any help!!

I know locking the column will prevent users from editing/deleting data from a row - but will this also prevent someone from deleting the entire column?

Hi, Im currently testing the app to see if we can incorporate it to my company. My main issue is the way that data can be linked between tables. The “link to another record” opcion only let you choose by the name of the record, we often need to link by differentes parameters (other values of other columns with in that record). Pivot tables in excel or sheets are so useful becouse you can arrenge your data in the way you want and various values at a time, and link these results dynamiclly to another table. Pivot Tables app in AirTable dosent work like that, only let you summarize a couple of values and I cannot find the way of link these results to another table. For example, I have 1000 records named with the client username with information about age, nacionality, gender, real name, number of entrys, etc etc. Sometimes I need summarize how male users are, sometimes by their age, sometime by the name (how many “Carlos”?), by an averege of their age related by the nationality,

My base records trading days and transactions for a small visitor attraction that is open a few days each week. There are two tables - Trading days… which records the days open and the visitor numbers. Income/Expenditure… which records any cash transactions linked to the trading days. Each transaction is a positive or negative cashflow amount. I roll up the cashflow in a column in the Trading Days table, and can thus report on the monthly cashflow through a grouped view. If income is £10 more than outgoings, the total of the rollup is £10… that’s the “cash on hand”. What’s missing is the ability to show the previous month’s closing “cash on hand” anywhere - which is the starting point for this month of course. It’s effectively the total of the cashflow column in I/E view grouped by month and limited to last month’s entries. So I want to rollup the PREVIOUS month’s cashflow column into a column called “CARRIED FORWARD”. I know, this will show the s

With Windows 10, the user can select an OBJ file (3D model) within File Explorer and the model will preview in a simplistic manner, allowing the user to spin and zoom the model. Is there any Airtable app solution available for this feature in Airtable? The current Airtable 3D app is interesting, however it is more about users interacting within a 3D space and concatenates each 3D record into the one 3D space - its effectively useless for simply previewing one 3D record at a time, and doesn’t have a camera orbit feature. All I’m after is a 3D file viewer app experience, where the camera orbits the file, and the user can toggle the orbit, spin the model. Extra points if they can ambient change lighting. I’m hoping the existing Airtable 3D app devs read this and can add this functionality to their feature pipeline.

Until today I have been able to download a .pdf image from AirTable to my Desktop as a .pdf so that I could use the feature on my Microsoft Surface to make notations on the .pdf, then resave it to the desktop and upload the notated document back to AirTable. For some reason, though I can download the document that saves is not in the .pdf format.
