Hello! Need some help again😅 and you all were super helpful last time so here we go again! I have this formula: DATEADD(DATETIME_PARSE({Meeting End Time},'HH:mm'),{Meeting Length}+15,'minute') And what I am trying to do is have an email sent out in 15 mins after the meeting has ended. I tried: IF(NOW()=DATEADD(DATETIME_PARSE({Meeting End Time},‘HH:mm’),{Meeting Length}+15,‘minute’),“YES”,“NO”) Thus making the cell say yes and automation that reads that cell so if it sees “YES” to send out an email. But the if statement I realize doesn’t constantly check the agreement only when a cell is updated. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

Hello all! I’m new to Airtable and need your help. I’m using two tables with responses from Typeform. Both tables have similar fields, the difference being only the language. So I have Table 1 [english] and Table 2 [Portuguese] populate with similar information. My problem is: I need to populate a third table with both Table 1 and Table 2 data combined. I’m using Zapier to combine the responses for Typefome and send it to Airtable, but Zapier seems pretty unstable, so I’m looking for a way to populate directly from Typerform. Someone know if it’s possible?

Hi, is it possible to place an empty field on a page, in Page Designer App, that another user can then complete, like on a Form. If not, is there any other way to present a single record to another user, and have the fill in missing data.

I am just using airtable data with thunkable.I have a user name column and a email column. I want whenever a new record is created in airtable, send a email that "new record is created by ‘username’ " to all the emails which are in the email column. How to do this?

I’ve set up a table for the recruiting aspect of our business. We’ve currently got 2 collaborators and we always work on the same table at the same time. The problem is when we are filtering to look for job applicants to match different job descriptions. When our second office are searching and filtering, it automatically changes my screen to match theirs. Is there a way we can work at the same time, using our own filters, without affecting each other’s screens? Apologies if this is a basic question, however I can’t seem to work it out.

This is the page desiger app…I have a single report out of a host of 20 very complex reports that refuses to correctly convert to a pdf. The letters are jumbled and impossible to correct once in pdf format. Any ideas on a solution? I’ve printed to pdf using every application available…all reports are coming from the same base…same tables

How can I remove/delete some selections from a drop down field ? How can I also edit or reorder some of the items a dropdown below?

Hello everyone, Im facing a big issue on my airtable invoicing base, that i never had before. Latst month my system was working just fine. My system is that i have 2 views both are filtered, view 1 is for the missions that have no invoice linked to it, view 2 is for the missions that have a invoice linked to it. I’m trying to link my record from view 1 to an other table (not invoice relatedat all) in the same base and when i do the record gets out of the view 1 but it should not be filtered. The record does not meet the conditions to be filtered out of the view 1, as you can see on the screenshot the record is filtered but “facture” is empty, and status is “live” so he should not be filtered out… I don’t get it, when i change the “facture” filter to “is not empty”, i find my record that has been filtered but the “facture” field is in fact empty… Can someone help me with that ?

Hello all! I’m new to both Airtable and Typeform and need your help. I’d like to combine responses from two differents forms from Typeform in the same Airtable base. The fields in both forms are the same, the difference being just the form language. I’m trying to avoid creating separated bases, since the data from both forms are similar. Is that possible? [edit] I tried to connect but multiple choice fields are not accepted because field content doesn’t match. Someone could help me with a workaroud, please?

Hi community, I see that the API has a limitation (5 requests per second). We are facing some issues with our API calls and suspect that the limitation of the API is causing the issues. We are using Zapier, AirTable automations and some other API calls via our own platform. Is there an overview where we can see if we (often) reach the API limits and which call is responsible for that? Such an overview would be very helpful in understanding how we burden the system. Hi, In my login, I created a new workspace. I copied a base from a previous workspace, but not the records. When I want to filter by “Assigned to” I’m still seeing previous workspace collaborators (but not all of them). How do I delete them. See photo - they are greyed out, but I want to remove them.

I’m new to Airtable, so not sure if its me or Airtable is not working correctly. First problem is I linked 2 tables, A and B, both having a field of item numbers. When I first set this up, it worked fine, and the required fields were passed across from A to B. However when I added further records to B entering valid item numbers, the fields were not passed across. When I go to the item number field in table B and click to change the field properties, it indicates under the sort options that it now thinks it is a character field not a number field. It was specified as a number field before linking the tables… Is this the problem and how do I fix it. Also when I go and click on ‘Help’, top right hand corner, nothing happens when I click ‘Contact Support’.

Hi Airtable users I have a problem that I’m hoping you can help me with? I have a base with equipment to be maintained. There are several hundred different makes and models in the list and several hundred of each of these makes and models. I have a second table that contains thousands of parts. I would like to connect the parts in base 2 to the equipment in base 1. I would like to be able to choose a make and model in base 1 and be able to select items from the parts list (now only showing thie selected make and model parts) and click on the parts I need. It would be grat to pull in the part number and price from base 2 also. I realise that my request may be hard to follow but if you can help, THANKS Sean

I have a situation. I would like to create a workspace with a lot of bases, that I need to concentrate to only one base with Sync changes. I would like to know if it is posible and if it is, how would it be?

Hi there, I’m creating two tables with one linked field that connects the two. In gallery view, I want users to be able to use the linked field to switch between the gallery views of the two tables. Is there a way to do this? I found an old question on the same thing but I wasn’t able to view the replies. How someone know how to do this? Many thanks! Becky

Hello, Is there a way to have the conditional color setting to be applied to a collapsed group? Actually, it is only applied when the group is fully expanded. A workaround could be to copy reformated data to another table with a script automation. But it seems to be difficult. Thank you in advance for the help. Regards,

I have a phone-log table with times of phone calls organized by date. Sometimes there are multiple calls to the same numbers for each date. I have a field that shows the length of the calls. Is it possible to TALLY or ADD the total duration of all calls to one number? Right now my calendar looks like: 0:05 0:18 0:03 0:28 1:05 0:04 When I would prefer to just have one entry saying: 2:05 – Is this possible?

I was able to open an account last summer without trying and both are Creator’s plans. Wondering, are they still available? Was anybody able to get one recently? (FYI - Creator’s account is like Pro account without collaboration features.)

So I have a table that has all the clients on it, I then have another table that shows the sessions for each client. When I look at the shared view I would like the session notes to show up but instead it only shows the autonumber from the link. Is there anyway to show the info from the link records ?

Hello! I cannot figure this out, would be grateful for any help. I embed a view on our website and I want to include a button that will send an email to the collaborator named on the record. However, I can’t seem to get the URL to incorporate the collaborators email address. When I use the ‘owner/collaborater’ field in the URL it won’t save. I then added a new field (consultant contact) with the collaborators email and used that field in the URL code, but the email it creates uses the name of the field (i.e. consultant contact) in the “to:” section instead of the actual information included in that field, i.e. the email address. It’s entirely possible I have the script wrong, but I’ve studied and studied the examples I could find and i’m at a brick wall now. It’s probably worth noting I don’t really have any idea how to write code or scripts of any kind and the fact I’ve gotten this far is a miracle. I’d love to cross the line though! If someone khow or been need something like this: I need have a master view, and in that view set a fields, and/or filters, groups, sorts, and widths for each field, and then the new views take that settings. This will would very useful when we have a lot of views and every view have the same configuration. Without that, We need set each view

Someone else set up our database - so I am not an expert - what’s happening is that the person doing data entry seems to be adding empty rows (not a problem) but also managing to delete a few records here and there. Because of that I am concerned it will repeat. We have a unique identifer for each piece of data but the data itself can change - it’s a tenant database so the names will differ. I don’t know how some of the data disappeared, but is there a way to protect the identifiers so they can’t be deleted at any time. Thanks in advance, Maggi

Hi! I’m trying to create in the same base a master table (that could later help me to create a dashboard by apps) with tables that are synced from other bases in the same base. For the purpose of giving you a bit of context, 3 teams have their own base where they list their projects, start-end dates, etc. that I compile on my own table by syncing them. So I want to aggregate that information that I can see from each team in one table avoiding copy-paste the data. Does somebody have any clue on how to do this? Thanks in advance
