This article is specifically designed to teach you how to design Multi-Step Zaps for the purpose of creating ... …and I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the Search Formula field to ask the Zap to look at TWO fields to identify a record in AT instead of just one? My problem is that there’s no ONE unique field that would allow the Zap to locate a particular record; I need it to consider TWO fields. For example, it can’t just look at Content Type OR Due Date, because neither of those is a unique field in the view; it needs to look at Content Type AND Due Date to identify the one correct record. Is this possible? Thank you!!

Has anyone interfaced Calendly into Airtable? We need to have our presenters book their rehearsal times thru calendly, then have that data synch up with the presenter’s name in AT. Can it be done? Is this an IFTT opportunity or something else?

I am trying to make a pallet packing list for an order. I have already made for smaller orders. But I have one order that is spreed on to 4 pallets. I have been using paged desinger to make the packing list I have the order in tow tables, one with the ower all data and the other with the product data and how many bottles I pull that data into this page design I need to divide this up to so I can have information on each pallet grouped together. Now I have made one more table that has the pallet layers on it, I am not sure that is the right way to go about this so all ideas are welcome Regards Eva M

I’ve got 2 fields set as ‘Last Modified Time’ types, and updating those based on another field being updating. However the timezone is GMT, even though I have ‘Use current timezone for all collaborators’ turned on. Any suggestions?

Hi, thanks for any assistance. I’m working on quantifying the time that I am spending on each of the steps in my production line, and am using a datediff formula to compare the last modified date to the start date, divided by the quantity of the steps i have completed. It works great to give me an average of each of the steps, but I would like to be able to also get a “lap” time for the current step. In other words, if i have done the step 10 times in 15 minutes, that means it is 1.5 minutes per step, but i would like to know that the last iteration took 1.4 minutes, vs the previous one was 1.6 minutes, etc. The goal is to know both the average and then the last one, so i can keep track of how i’m doing. Whatever formula i am trying to create is not able to compare the last modified time of the current iteration to the previous one. Any ideas?

Hey, I am having trouble with a formula using multiple IF statements with OR and FIND. Essentially, what I want to do is assign certain statuses to a single text-based column called “phrases”. The column contains a variety of food types that are embedded in sentences. Hi all, I’m asking this question, knowing that it can probably be done with a Pro account. But the thing is it’s the only thing I would need a Pro account for, changing “Submit” to an equivalent in French, in 2 forms. So, Is there any way to change just that without paying 20$US per month (more like 28$CAN here)? I don’t mind at all paying for an account if I will use many features. I’ve connected a check-in check-out template to a Softr page and we can update inventory from either side, which is great. However I’m trying to add a new item which has a quantity of 24 however, when I jump over to Airtable there aren’t 24 individual records. Is there a way to configure the base so that when we add a new item with more than 1 quantity the base automatically creates a record for each individual item? Thank you!

I am using Airtable with Integromat, but am having issues filtering in Airtable using the TODAY() function. I have a field in Airtable with a date (no time). I have an automation in Integromat which runs every 15 minutes, searches my Airtable base using the filer IS_SAME({publication_date},TODAY()) I want my topic to publish at 12am every day GMT + 2 (CEST), but I can’t see a way of achieving this through Airtable, other than setting a specific publishing time, not just a date. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to solve this? I know I could probably create a formula in the filter that transformed GMT to GMT + 2, and filtered in this way, but it seems overkill… any help much appreciated.

Hi all! Does anyone have built an “availability” feature in a people marketplace through Airtable ? For one of my customers, I would like users give theirs availabilities (which days in the month they are available for example) to do a matching with the order of my customer. Any idea to build this data model in Airtable and then to make the matching feature? My first idea is to create a “Days” Airtable table in Airtable (one record per day of the current year) to allow users to select which days they are available. An order will contain one or more days linked items. But I do not know if I should rather use two “date” field (to do a period picker) but I do not see how to manage several available periods… Cheers Florent

I’ve got the map block set up to plot records from a specific view, and in that view are only like 30 records, yet the map seems to have all the records in my table plotted instead of just the ones in the specified view.

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to split a row which had been populated with data using a multiselect, into separate rows. e.g. I would want to create 2 lines for Campaign “Client 1||3” one for “Driver 2” and one for “Driver 4”. Similarly for the 2nd Campaign I would need 3 lines. Not too phased if in same or different table - although different table may be easier. TIA.

Hi folks! I have a question regarding password protection for Share link views . I wonder if it’s possible to create dynamic passwords for sharing links. I want to restrict access to share links but I want to give different password for every user. It’s possible? So far I know you can add a single password, but it’s possible to create several passwords for just a Share link? Hope you can help me, Thanks!

Is it possible to place form fields side-by-side instead of having everything in one long scrolling form? If not, this needs to be a thing.

We’re a small hotel, so I have a Contacts Table, and all my Guests are updated … I’m not sure how to link to automatically. I have a linked field there, but i need to select it manually … shouldn’t there is an automatic way of doing this? When the reservation comes in the guests’ email and name is given … so … can’t I just use an ‘if this than that’… type of thing?
