Dear Airtable Team, Here is a video comparing the display of a long list of “products” linked to an “order” on 3 different phones: 2 iphones 7 ( A1660 et A1778) and 1 android phone (Redmi by Xiaomi). The 2 Iphone 7 have different behavior when we click on the “see all X linked Record” (there are 12 records, only 10 records are displayed). The Iphone 7 A1778 (in the center in the video) displays all 12 records correctly. The Iphone 7 A1660 (on the right in the video) displays the 10 same records and FORGET the last 2 !!! (no problem with the android phone) Regards !

Hi, I am new to Airtable and am working on a property management project. I’m trying to use Airtable to calculate property rental metrics (e.g. nights stayed, average rate per room, total revenue) by property. Each property (e.g. property 1, property 2, etc) is listed on multiple listing platforms (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc). The listing platforms allow me to export stay data, where each record is a stay (e.g. check in date, check out date, nights, total revenue, property, guest, reservation # etc). However, each platform has a different format, so I’ve created a separate table for each platform. I created a summary table where each row is a property and each column is a metric from one platform (e.g. Airbnb stays [count of rows in Airbnb table that weren’t cancelled], Airbnb total nights [sum of nights field in Airbnb table], Airbnb Revenue [sum of revenue in Airbnb table], same for other platforms). Then I can use a formula to sum the stays, nights, revenue, etc from across al

Hello, I have a list of Zoom sessions that I need to get out to my colleagues for meetings. However, when I put all of the information in the block, from the database on airtable, they don’t come up as Hyperlinks and they are difficult to copy from the PDF I send out. I was wondering if there was a way to make them a clickable link to make everyone’s lives easier. Thanks!

Why do I get this error message when trying to link Fields both to other tables and within the same table? Are you sure you want to convert to this field type? Converting to this field type may clear some cell data from every record in the table. If the conversion causes a problem, you can press CTRL Z to undo. Thanks!

I use Zapier to post data and and PDF file attachments into Airtable records. This has been working fine for months. Today I find that my PDF file attachments do not display previews in my expanded Airtable records - they appear as generic file icons - and the download icon/link is not visible - I can see only the ‘Rename’ and ‘Remove’ icons. If I click on the attachment to get to full screen preview, the viewer loads with an error message: ‘Unable to view file, please try again later’. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi there! When sharing a “Read Only” view of a base is there a way to prevent the “readers” from viewing the Activity in an expanded view? I want folks to see the information provided without being distracted by how the data came to be. Thanks!

Hi, Is it possible to link to a lookup field form from within another form? For example, if I have a form that has a lookup to a base containing user info, but this is a new user that doesn’t already exist in the table, is it possible to add them from within the form?

Hi there ! There doesn’t seem to be a way to do it, but I thought I should ask anyway. We never know… I’m color blind and those two colors choosen by airtable are about the same to me… :sob: Is there any way to fix that ? I’d rather have a blue instead of one of those two colors, that would greatly help me to figure out what is what on that chart… Thank you all by advance for your help ! :relieved:

Hello, I am working on a shared table with 3 other collaborators. Collaborator A made changes to information, but only Collaborator B is able to see these changes - Collaborator C and myself are unable to see the changes. We are all usually able to see each others’ edits and we did not change any settings. We’ve refreshed our pages numerous times and have logged out and back in, but nothing seems to help. Any advice on how us 2 can see the new edits? Thanks!

Hi! In Calendar View, any event that I have starting at 5:00pm or later, is showing up on the day * after * the date entered in the record. Please see images. You can see I have events records with date/time fields entered at 6:00pm on 9/1 and 9/8, and that the events are displaying on the calendar on 9/2 and 9/9. Ideas?

I’m designing a page with several Long/Rich text fields that are stacked vertically on each other. The length of the text in some of these fields is greater than others and it appears that the size of the display field is fixed and not responsive to the length of the text. Is this correct, or is there a setting to make the field display a size responsive to the length of the text?

I want to fetch information from student workspace to fees details workspace if the column named fee paid is filled yes. I’m not getting a solution for making my workspace in automation.

Does having many many tables in one base lead to performance issues like slow loading times? I understand some users experience slower loading as they near the records limit, but I haven’t found anyone facing problems due to having many tables in a single base. I would like to send out a view of a base for a variety of music artist to inform me if they are AVAIL or NOT AVAIL or MAYBE on a particular date. I don’t want artists to see other artists I am asking the same. In google sheets I have it set up like this for my view - where I see all artists names and their availability. In left column I have dates: Friday, Jan 1 Sat, Jan 2 Sun, Jan 3 Across the top first row I have artist names: NAME 1, NAME 2, NAME 3, etc. The google sheet grid then provides me with a view of all dates and all artists available or not available. I do this manually, and would like to send a SHARED VIEW to artist managers without them seeing other artist names, AND I would like them to simply input by drop down or check box - AVAIL, NOT AVAIL, or MAYBE Can this be done with airtable by sharing a link but giving recipient ability to input AVAIL or NOT AVAIL without making them collaborators? I’m building a database for brokering products. I have a lot of offers and requests. I built a form where I can look up offers (in one table) or requests (in another table). Users are supposed to select an offer OR a request from a drop-down menu (lookup) in the form. However, when I look at the form in the edit mode, it shows all the information for each entry in either the offer or request table. When I activate the form, however, all I see is the name/number of the offer/request, but none of the additional information. I also can’t search by any other fields. This should be rather basic, but - I just can’t fix it.

I’m a real estate agent and discovered airtable over 1.5 years ago and it has changed my level of productivity, I literally use it every single day. Just recently I was pointed towards an add-on app called Stacker that allows me to turn my airtable into a real estate app and it’s already become very impactful in a matter of days. I am excited to see how Stacker grows and I see massive potential here. I would be curious to hear from other airtable users - have you found other add-on apps that plug into airtable and have massively increased sales, productivity and efficiency in your organization? Didn’t records in a Timeline block used to stack to avoid overlapping like this? It’s been a while since I used the Timeline block, but I swear when I used it before, the records stacked so that you could actually read the labels when they were condensed like this. What happened? Am I doing something wrong in the way I set it up that is causing them to stay on the same plane?

Hi, I have two Airtable accounts, and try to migrate one table to another account. However, views are showing differently under two accounts. This is very annoying and can not be configured by me so far. See Attached 1 and 2. I want it to show as Att2.

How might I allow an end user to be presented only with the records in a base table that fit their requirements? When searching items on Amazon, newegg, and other shopping sites, on the left are a series of ‘refinements’ where you select attributes like color, size, and price, and the list shortens as you apply the refinements. I don’t necessarily need the dynamic sort (click an attribute, list automatically shortens) that some sites have, just a form where the user selects the options they want, clicks submit, and the results appear. Can I do this with an Airtable Block or maybe Typeform?
