Over the last week or 2, the android airtable app has become next to unusable.If I perform any operation in the airtable app (modifying a record/creating a record etc), and then need to switch to another view or another table, I can't. I tap to change view/table and just get a loading wheel of death. The only way to open a new view/table is to restart the app. At which point, the problem repeats.We are a 3 person charity, 2 of us (full time) use Androids, and we have invested a lot of time and effort into building our airtable systems. We use it on mobile 95% of the time, and designed it to do so.Yet it's now totally unusable. My other full time worker needed to sign check hundreds of people off today at an event on airtable and could not.We asked our part timer, who uses an iPhone if she was having the same issue - it doesn't seem to be an issue for her, although she interacts with the data a lot less often.Is this happening for others? Is this an issue with our phones being a bit old

Hello Airtable Geniuses:I own a custom window covering business and am trying to create a customer questionaire that can be imbedded onto our website or emailed to a customer. I'd like for the customer to start by entering their contact info, and then add ROOM NAME, and then under each ROOM be able to add several WINDOWS. For each WINDOW they would then be able to choose from drop-down lists for several items (ie size, colour, oerating system etc). Is this possible to do using Airtable and Forms, and if so does anyone have a sample template they could share? Or point me in the direction of a youtube video?

How to add multiple images to Airtable's WebClipper inside a single attachment field?I know how to use css selectors to get a single image in an attachment field. I know I could use multiple attachment fields to get 3 images from a website with 3 css selectors. But I want to have all the three images (or however many exist) to be all added in a single attachment field.

I created a new view in a base with existing shared views. On this new view, the share button is not visible like it is on the others (see attached screenshot). I submitted a support ticket for this last week and airtable hasn't gotten back to me yet. Can anyone help?

I'm a video editor, creating a client portal in Softr. On the Video Details page I want to embed the video player review page (external). If I use a URL field for the embed code, Softr is fine with it. However, I set up a Formula field to concatenate the first part of the embed code, then the url of the review page, then the last part of the embed code. The formula works, but as mentioned, Softr doesn't like Formula fields. I set up a URL field, but just need to figure out how to get the results of the formula into it so I can embed it on Softr. How would I automatically/dynamically copy the results of the formula into a URL field?Thanks

I'm attempting to make a csv import into a synced table. I've curated the data to import and I'm 100% sure that it would only be updating existing records, not creating any new ones, but as soon as I set up the field to map by, I get this: Like I said, I have 100% verified that no records would be created with this import, I am 100% confident, yet this still pops up. Is this just a built-in constraint disallowing imports to synced tables, or is there something I can toggle to allow it?If push comes to shove I can create a helper table, import the data, then use automations/linking to get the data from the helper table into the synced table, that just seems like such a pain in the butt for what could be a simple import.

Hi, I am creating an app that takes user input and puts it into a Gantt chart. I am using Thunkable for this, however, when I run the code to display the Gantt chart, the screen shows: “airtable.com refused to connect.” I have attached the code blocks and the screen that is displayed. In the code for the URL, I am using the private link for that specific view. Let me know if you know how to fix this issue.

Hi All, I’m building out a comprehensive recipe / ingredient / shopping list tool which aims to be the place where I can convert 15 years of working culinary knowledge and interest. I’ll share this when I’m complete. I’ve read about junction tables, implemented one, and have looked at nearly all examples on Universe. Let me first apologize if I’m searching for something that’s been asked 100 times before in with different language. I’m just getting a handle of airtable (and quickly starting to love this product), but don’t yet intimately know the product / language. Today I have three tables, “Recipes”, “Ingredient lists”, and “Ingredients”. “Ingredient lists” is a junction table which forms the many to many association between recipes and ingredients. Avocado toast and guacamole both share avocado. This part makes sense and works well. Here’s where I’m getting stuck. I have set up a Calendar view for events with Start and End times from my database. The calendar view sometimes shows subsequent/non-overlapping events as overlapping on the calendar. For example, all of the events in the screenshot immediately succeed the previous event. Some are shown as non-overlapping, while others are shown as overlapping events in the UI. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix so that they do not appear as overlapping in the UI?

I'm using the Airtable node in n8n to search records, and I noticed that the Limit field doesn't allow me to set a value higher than 100. Previously, I could set it to 600 without any issues. Has there been a change in the Airtable integration or any updates to the node that enforce this new limit? If so, is there a workaround to retrieve more than 100 records in a single query? Any guidance would be appreciated! 

How can I quickly get the Airtable Support to contact us? I am seeing a lot of people complaining that that the airtable support does not reply. And the Bot is killing me by routing the whole conversation in circles. I really need them to rectify my issue ASAP, as it is affecting out programmes.Hope that by posting it here they could help me.Reference No: 0088832000889887

Hi all, I would like to know if there is a way to increase the time slot unit vertically in the calendar view. The reason is that it seems that for events with durations smaller than 30 minutes, the events don’t fit any more one above the other and they are showed with a horizontal offset and a slight vertical overlap (see this screenshot). This is not great as it suggests visually that there is an overlap of events, which is not the case. Is there a solution to this problem? In advance, thanks for your help!

I am trying to import XML file but keep getting invalid Xpath (I copy it from XML reader or I modify it based on the requirements) or no results (I am sure that file has 200+ opportunities). Hi Everyone,I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with a user in my Airtable workspace. I’ve set their seat to Viewer, but I’ve noticed that it occasionally changes to Editor without my intervention. This forces me to periodically check and reset their seat to avoid being charged for an additional Editor seat.This month, I missed checking for a couple of weeks and ended up with a $400 charge due to the seat change. Airtable’s customer support has been great about refunds, but I’d like to find a solution to prevent this from happening altogether.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or preventative measures I can take to ensure the seat stays set as Viewer?Thanks for your help!

Please solve for me. If I wanted to control which bases a collaborator (individual) has access to and added the individual to each specific base, am I only charged once, since same user?Example, there are 5 bases in ABC workspace, and Bob needs only access to 3 of them. He’s added to all 3. Since same user/email address, is the charge only for one collaborator?

We are setting up a form that will be filled out by campus staff at many different colleges/universities, so there is no one @ domain. We want to ensure that no one submits a non-campus email address, however, so we want to make sure that regardless of the rest of the domain, it ends in .edu. Is there a way to do that ? They won't be logging in or anything, I just need the form to reject anything that ends in .com, etc.

Hello I have a form which accepts email from user. If the entered email is not in master list of emails, then form should highlight this to user and should not proceed with submitting form. Please suggest if there are any direct / workarounds Thanks

Hi all! So, here’s the use case that spurred some thinking… I have a HUGE, monster of a base that is a bit out of control. It contains many intricate rollups that drive some housekeeping/reporting processes. Now that Airtable Sync is available, I’m working on moving those high-overhead processes out to their own bases in the hopes of speeding up the “master” base. One of those processes is a nightly report. The report is driven off of a view in the master base. I synced this view over to a new base, and set up a duplicate of the report. To test it, I’ve been letting it run the past few nights to compare the new version to the current version… and surprise surprise, they are not the same. Current Report: Runs from source/master base, triggered by a zap that runs on a schedule - every night at 8PM a record is added to a table called [Automation Launcher]. This record triggers a script that aggregates the report data, spits out the HTML which is then picked up and emailed by Zapier. New R

Hello all. I am considering Airtable for a product/portal I need to build. I can't glean from the docs and other info how my setup would be billed or if it is achievable so am looking for some guidance. - I manage a database with data relevant to different clients of mine.- I want to share that data with the different customers I have via an interface for a nice user experience. Each client gets a login, and can see the data/projects relevant to them- Those clients then have customers who need to have access to the specific projects relevant to them. Those clients will need logins also in order to access their specific projects - The only action both my clients and my client's clients need to take is updating the status of a row of data (think a list/queue of items to review and approve)I have attached a crude diagram explaining it. Is this setup achievable? Hi there, I’m new to airtable! I have a huge list of contacts that I need to categorize. I am using the drop down Multiple Select Field tool to create “Tags.” I have over 2,000 contact and airtable is only allowing me to select one contact at a time. Is there a way to select 100s of contacts and batch them all as the same tag? Thanks! Meredith
