Rollup fields not automatically updating when linked table updated

Hello,

I am creating a base for performance reviews. Individuals receive Case Review scores (based on a form submission) in one table and then those scores are tabulated in a second Cumulative Scores table. My tables are linked. When I initially created my rollup fields in the Cumulative Scores table, I was able to pull the info from the Case Reviews table and populate my rollup without issue. Now when new forms are submitted, those rollup fields are not updating. I have tried adding lookup fields and automations, but I can't see to get it functioning. Can anybody help me resolve this issue?

I've figured out that it's my linked Case Reviews field that isn't updating first. This is the automation I have set up to try and update that field. It runs through without an error, but the Case reviews field still isn't updating.

Hmm, in your automation, instead of updating the record in "Team Member Cumulative score", try updating the triggering record from "Case Reviews" instead?
