What is the proposed idea/solution? For bar charts, where we can group field summaries, I propose the ability to limit them to "top x" where x is a custom number field. How does this solve the user problems? If there are a lot of records at play during grouping, then grouping field summaries do not visually work. For example below is a bar chart where: y-axis is the total number of pre-orders x-axis is the release date months the chart shows the sum of different orders it is grouped by brands Ideally, if I want to only see the top 5 brands pre-ordered that month, I would input "top 5" so there would only be five bars, and the rest are "others." Additionally, it would be great to have the groups sorted in ascending or descending order by aggregate or alphabetically. It's best if we can limit it to what we think is aesthetically plausible. Within an interface, when creating a new record via an element - such as Calendar, Gallery or Kanban, there's a pop-up that greets the user that often isn't actually desirable, and if I'm honest, can be a very real pain. Shown below is the pop-up in question, in my example, it's showing a formulated field - and I have no interest in detailing the records other fields from within this pop-up. I can't tell you how frustrating it is (especially for a record-creation intensive workflow) to constantly dismiss this pop-up that seems hard-coded into these elements - especially for records that contain formulated primary fields - this pop-up is extremely undesirable and serves no purpose. It should also be noted that we don't necessarily want to be giving an option to the user to "Open in base" either, assuming the pop-up is to remain enabled. Interestingly, not all elements "Create Record" action/button show this prompt, and in my case I really really really wanted to use the Gallery Element, but having this pop-up makes it a deal breaker, meaning I'll probably be reliant on the List View to achieve the desired outcome - as it doesn't have this pop-up when clicking new record. For context, my users are needing to create a couple of records, and then they can click into them directly via the element that displays the records - a sidesheet slides out for them to enter in the details for that record. And it's in this context that this interim pop-up makes zero sense, and we're needing a toggle to disable it. What is the proposed idea/solution? I would like the ability to have conditional grouping when putting together a Find Records action in the automations so I can make more sophisticated look-up of records (i.e., like creating my own view).     Also I would like the ability to also "fuzzy match" records in order to find items that might be similar to the user entry. How does is solve the user problems? When using AirTable as a client check in desk, sometimes how they type in their names (whether they use an informal spelling, or have a hyphenated last name or not), it would be good if Find Records could be programmed to look up similar matches of names. Also if Find Records can be conditionally set up, it would avoid situations where it surpasses the 100 record limit. How was this validated? For the conditional grouping, this would work the same way as a personal or regular new view with filter conditions. For Fuzzy records or not, I would suggest lifting coding from the DeDupe Extension that can track for a level of similarity--whether it is in first name, last name or other relevant fields that you want to look up.
